Buyer beware, customer support is useless

I had high hopes for Elliemd based on the recommendation of a midlife influencer who I have followed for some time. I only wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering a nonrefundable product. I was excited to try their KLOW peptide; however, I had a severe reaction. I reached out to the doctor and customer support several times, but was given the run-around. I don't know where the doctor is located or if they even answer questions themselves. It would sometimes take a few days to hear back and then the email would arrive at odd times, like 2 am, when no US business would be open. I can only assume they utilize a foreign customer support service. When I inquired about the ingredients and what could be causing such a bad reaction, they couldn't even tell me what they are. They only suggested I contact the pharmacy directly. So then I tried calling the pharmacy three times. Nobody answers the phone or returns voicemail messages. So, $900 down the drain later, I still don't know whether it's one of the main ingredients or something in the compounding that I am allergic to. If they can't provide any help in this area, then they should offer a refund. I really wanted to try several of their products, but I would never spend another dollar at Elliemd. Online providers may be convenient, but you really don't know who you're dealing with and something is lost when not able to speak to a real person face to face.

EllieMd is the absolute worst company

EllieMd is the absolute worst company. Stay away go to another like Biostation. Wife bought GLP-1 from them and loved it. Worked well and she got to her goal weight. She called them to end the auto renewal and they sent her another supply @$875. They wouldn’t refund us so we called again to cancel and yet again they sent yet another supply of it. Same thing happened. I ordered wolverine stack and never once spoke to a doctor. I cancelled it after 1 minute but was told it’s already under review. Bullshit it was. Nobody moves that fast. They wndwd up cancelling but charged me $99 fee which is also BS. They ended up then sending me a 2 month supply of it that i didn’t want and it came hot. They didn’t pack it right and was literally 90 degrees hot. They wouldn’t refund me or do anything. This company is a complete scam, fraud and i would stay away from STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Do NOT use Ellie md they took my money…

Do NOT use Ellie md they took my money on 7/2 and it is now 7/16 I have no medication or my money back. They say they can’t refund but they also say I have to redo my reassessment that makes you buy stuff at the end. They already have $897 of my money I’m not buying anything else. So pretty much I’m screwed. Go somewhere else save your money.

I wouldn’t even give them one star

I wouldn’t even give them one star. BUYER BEWARE!!! After telling them to stop my order they took $897 out of my account in 7/2. Today is 7/12 and no refund, no medication and NO RESPONSE BACK from them after sending repeated emails. Please use another more reputable company. If you want someone to answer you this is NOT the company to choose. Never will I use them and I will tell everyone to NOT USE ELLIEMD!!!
