Unprofessional interview experience with EllieMD
I interviewed with EllieMD with Janet, and honestly, I was shocked by how unprofessional the interview was. Janet was eating yogurt while interviewing me.Being on an interview call is the bare minimum of professionalism and respect for someone’s time. I found it extremely disrespectful and distracting, especially after taking the time to prepare and show up for the interview. If this is how candidates are treated during the hiring process, it definitely makes me question how the company treats its employees and, more importantly, its customers. Imagine being a customer and knowing this is the attitude you may be dealing with. Would you really want to give your business to a company that treats people this way?

I cancelled my order the same day…
I cancelled my order the same day because I wanted to do more research. They took out $99 for each peptide. I ordered 2 peptides a total of $198.00. It was one order and they are keeping my hard earned money. For what, what a scam. I've never in my entire life seen anyone keep this amount of money for cancelling an order the same day!!! Also, these peptide are way too expensive. I'm calling my bank!!!!What a bunch of crooks!!!!!

Save the headache & MLM Scam go elsewhere
Thought about signing up at a “brand partner” I reached out to Kayla Spencer on IG who said message her. I did she never replied. I reached out to Beth Graves who is the head of Team Joy which I learned is 70% of the “brand partners” with the company & that liar over promised & under delivered. I tried to call EllieMD’s customer service & the 2 people I spoke with were the MOST unhelpful people I could ever speak with. 1 said to comb out social media to find a brand partner that ISN’T with Team Joy & refused to tell me IF I were to sign up with no “referral of an up line” to guarantee that I would NOT be part of Team Joy and he couldn’t answer that. While I understand MLM’s are a scam of their own. I’ve done them before for the discount. This whole situation makes me feel LIED to. Lazy yes women who tell you anything to join but are too “busy” or “lazy” to follow through on their so called promises.

Buyer beware, customer support is useless
I had high hopes for Elliemd based on the recommendation of a midlife influencer who I have followed for some time. I only wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering a nonrefundable product. I was excited to try their KLOW peptide; however, I had a severe reaction. I reached out to the doctor and customer support several times, but was given the run-around. I don't know where the doctor is located or if they even answer questions themselves. It would sometimes take a few days to hear back and then the email would arrive at odd times, like 2 am, when no US business would be open. I can only assume they utilize a foreign customer support service. When I inquired about the ingredients and what could be causing such a bad reaction, they couldn't even tell me what they are. They only suggested I contact the pharmacy directly. So then I tried calling the pharmacy three times. Nobody answers the phone or returns voicemail messages. So, $900 down the drain later, I still don't know whether it's one of the main ingredients or something in the compounding that I am allergic to. If they can't provide any help in this area, then they should offer a refund. I really wanted to try several of their products, but I would never spend another dollar at Elliemd. Online providers may be convenient, but you really don't know who you're dealing with and something is lost when not able to speak to a real person face to face.
