I wouldn’t even give them one star. BUYER BEWARE!!! After telling them to stop my order they took $897 out of my account in 7/2. Today is 7/12 and no refund, no medication and NO RESPONSE BACK from them after sending repeated emails. Please use another more reputable company. If you want someone to answer you this is NOT the company to choose. Never will I use them and I will tell everyone to NOT USE ELLIEMD!!!

I gave this company a five star because my peptides always arrive on time I had a issue with one of my packages getting sent to the wrong address it was fixed right then no wait love they nad plus I can tell the difference in the less brain fog and more energy more clarity just purchase the ghkcu can’t wait to try that next week I love ellie Md love the peptides hopeing they go down on the prices for the glp1 so I can start ordering that as well get me a 2 to 3 month supply this a honest review not a paid sponsor one

I’ve been with Ellie Md for 12 weeks…

I’ve been with Ellie Md for 12 weeks and have lost 22 lb. The medication has been delivered quickly and I mean I fill out assessment and it’s shipped next day and nice and cold. They pack it in an insulated box and put the medication in a thermos with ice packs. The medication on every dose I’ve taken has given good appetite suppression I’m currently at 7.5 mg. No bad side effects at all mine is compounded tizepartide with b12. The pharmacy they use is clover rx and any time I’ve had a question about dosing or anything I reach out the pharmacy and they answer quickly. Or anytime I’ve needed to talk to one of the medical providers at Ellie Md they have gotten back to me quickly. I also want to say I’m not a brand parter no anything just a happy customer. They are a little on the high side price wise compared to other telehealth companies but you honestly get what you pay for. I want quality period.

Predatory and scammy

Predatory and scammy. When I ordered the first round of drops for over $1000, it was not explicitly listed that it was a reoccurring subscription. (After reading other reviews online, I see that that was intentional, as others didn’t realize it either) They were prescribed by “a doctor” without a phone call or anything, which was my first red flag. Then, the drops did nothing for me, besides make me feel sick. What are they even? Are they FDA approved? Even peptides or who knows what? So I didn’t want to continue the treatment. But then I was charged $897, without my authorization or consent. I cancelled my subscription, but they claimed it was too late, they refused to issue a refund. They sent me nothing, but kept the $897. Customer service was a joke, “We understand just how deeply upsetting this must be!” and closed the ticket after every email, as if the issue was resolved. I didn’t like the product, didn’t want more, didn’t even receive the product, and they charged me for it anyways. Yikes. Make it make sense.
