I have no complaints about Ellie MD company at all I love the ghkcu and nad I just wish they lower the prices they are way too expensive 🫰 that's the only issue I have I seen other places with cheaper prices then ellie md please go down on y'all prices it's too high people have to live too

SCAM - can't cancel &medications not effective
The medications are not effective and you cannot cancel the subscription online or via customer service. Waited over 1.5 hours to speak with a customer service agent and she said said she would cancel, but they kept charging my card. I had to dispute with my credit card company and put on a stop payment.

I have been a long time customer with…
I have been a long time customer with their NAD subscription. I never had issues or complaints. My last two refills were delayed weeks. I followed up several times and finally canceled. They charge $100 to cancel despite their issues to fill. I would not recommend them.
