Would rate an absolute zero, if it were an option. I signed up on Embody's website one morning and received a text message requesting a photo of my prescription an hour or two later. I responded to that text message that I would send it in a few hours, but before I had the opportunity to do so (approximately two hours later), the company sent a prescription to the pharmacy for a lower dose than my prescription. They did so without my consent and without an opportunity for me to speak to a provider and review my prescription. I was able to set a provider appt two days later, for which a provider was a no-show. They listed this as a "missed appointment" for me. When I finally was able to speak to a provider during an appointment the next day (who was also 10 minutes late), that provider advised that Embody could not fulfill my current prescription dose (15mg compounded tirzepatide) and to contact Customer Service. They have simply pointed me to their "no refunds" policy, but this is dishonest and unethical. Embody made a mistake, not me. I am disputing the charge with my HSA card company and have demanded a full refund from Embody. Would NEVER recommend to anyone - HORRIBLE company. By the way, it took them a week and a half to finally ship the lower dose medicine, after I requested a cancellation several times

Medication delivery has been an Issue. I asked them to ship so it wouldn't be delivered on a Saturday, so the first 2 deliveries were on a Saturday, it ships to my business and I am closed. The Shipment I am waiting for now has NOT shipped, my dose was due today and it has been processing since the 30th. they charged me on the 30th, then sent it to the pharmacy on the 5th, it's still sitting there after 7 days and has not shipped yet. In 2 months I have not lost any weight with their product.

I paid for a 6 month subscription up front because the price was better than my previous glp 1. In 2 months, I lost 2 lbs and about half my hair. It took 2 weeks to get a call from their nurse support for them to just tell me to call my primary Dr. No refunds either.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE!!!! It has now been one month since my medication was approved and I have not seen my medication NOR a refund. Basically, my money is being held hostage. I was advised that my medication was shipped by FedEx. Yet, the tracking number details show that a label was created and FedEx will advise when they receive the package. That has been one month ago. They continually advise that my request has been "escalated". I don't know what their definition of escalated means to them, but if this is an example of their escalation, they need to rethink throwing that term out at every opportunity. At this point, I am in constant email communication because (per usual) their telephone customer service is manned by foreigners. My next step is to seek legal assistance. Again, stay clear of these thieves.
