My Doctor listened to me. She made sure I understood and knew exactly what was going on. She sent me nausea meds without having to ask. She asked if I had any questions. It was simple and quick. My Tirzepitide was delivered on a 90 degree day, and the insulated container was extremely warm inside. No cold coming from “ice packs “ inside, not even any condensation in the bottle. I trusted what the instructions said about not being an issue, and in two weeks I’ve gained back 5 pounds. I’m more than a little disappointed and frustrated. The price was great, but that really doesn’t matter if the efficacy is zero when you receive it.
