They charged me $1000 without prior…
They charged me $1000 without prior notification. I emailed them within 10 minutes of receiving an email that “my order was filled” they told me they can’t refund me on it. The next day I then received an email stating it was shipped. All of this despite me not even living at the address they sent the order to anymore. As an “apology” they credited me $85 on $1000 I didn’t authorize. This is the worst customer service experience ever. Completely ridiculous that I emailed them immediately and they “couldn’t” refund me.

Quality decrease overtime
I started signed up with Enhance around 2024 and was a customer with them since. That was changed up until a few days ago where I switched over to a different brand to get my medication. The customer support has been awful, they don't give me a proper explanation as to why my medication keeps getting delayed or cancelled. I attend all the VC's but one way or another the medication keeps getting cancelled. This is has been an occuring this for the last couple months or so. Not sure what changed internally within this company. They need to get it together, I have people that i referred to Enhance but in the past couple months they seem to be facing the same problems I have had as well. Very sad to see that a company that made the GLP-1 process so easy has now over complicated everything.
