I've been using this company since 2025…
I've been using this company since 2025 and have lost 75 pounds. I see the same nurse practitioner and like that they send me for blood work. I wish the meds were a little less as I want to stay on. I've had a great experience.

I appreciate all enhance.md has done for me. Easy to sign up on line. They follow you closely with requiring labs and provider visits on video. I felt safe being followed. I've lost 54 lbs with them and feeling healthy again.

Attempted to give me no legal rights to my own image
They would not give me legal rights over my own image, which I asked to change because I was recovering from extreme illness. I basically had to threaten them to update the photo. I wasn't asking for constant photo updates. It was a one-time thing where I was just so sick it was just too hard to look at me that way every time I logged in the portal. The last nurse appt, not even a doctor, was extremely rude and dismissive. She basically hung up on me quickly when dismissing the appointment.

They charged me $1000 without prior…
They charged me $1000 without prior notification. I emailed them within 10 minutes of receiving an email that “my order was filled” they told me they can’t refund me on it. The next day I then received an email stating it was shipped. All of this despite me not even living at the address they sent the order to anymore. As an “apology” they credited me $85 on $1000 I didn’t authorize. This is the worst customer service experience ever. Completely ridiculous that I emailed them immediately and they “couldn’t” refund me.
