I have had 5 telehealth visits, in 3 weeks trying to get my prescription refilled. Their doctors/practitioners are absolutely rude and refuse to give any kind of explanation. Of why these changes are taking effect. Yet they charged my card immediately for 3 months before anything was approved my myself or their doctors. They have lowered my dosage twice within a week and refuse to give me an explanation of why this is going to happen and still refuse to send a prescription. I was at 5 and now they want me to go back down to 1 without explaining why? It honestly makes zero sense to me or anyone else I know on this medication. I chose GALA originally for the great customer service and answering all of my questions and concerns. It has now taken a toll for the worst experience ever.

Very easy start with Gala Health, meds arrived as scheduled and everything I needed was in the box, nicely packaged. The Gala app has been fairly easy to use as well.
