Trimix and Invigor health are nothing short of absolutely amazing!! And Karri??? She was so helpful and she went above and beyond her requirements while helping me. After nearly 2 years as a happy customer Invigor put me with a new practitioner who wanted to change my med. I reluctantly agreed with her but then prior to shipment I notified Invigor that I wanted my original med and if that was not possible to cancel my order. They responded they had taken care of the issue but sent a different medication anyway. I contacted them and we went back and forth until they said they would put me with a different practitioner and then would remedy the situation. This practitioner agreed that I needed the original medication I ordered but Invigor refused to replace it without additional cost. In all the discussions they continued to reference the notes where I reluctantly agreed to try the new medication and they continued to ignore the fact that I told them to cancel it after the consultation but before shipment. If I go to the doctor and get a prescription do I owe the pharmacy if I don’t actually fill the prescription? No I wouldn’t but they can’t seem to grasp that.
