Poor quality product
I have been on tirzepatide for over 4 months. I experienced gradual weight loss as expected. I switched providers to Ivy rx 3 weeks ago. The medication arrived in a package with 2 ice packs. The ice packs were completely melted and the medication was warm. I refrigerated immediately and began taking a few days later. With Ivy, I began an increased dose. Instead of expected results, I experienced more appetite and weight gain. I feel like their medication is significantly weaker than I received from my previous supplier, which was Medvi. I contacted Ivy, and the responses seemed to be automatically AI generated. I had ordered a 3 month supply, and offered to return the unused medication, to prove I wasn't trying to get anything for free. The response was basically, 'Sorry, we don't give refunds or replace medication. " I would strongly encourage anyone to find a different supplier. Don't get scammed like I did.
