I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at Lavender Sky Health! From the very beginning, they made the entire process of finding the right weight-loss medication feel easy, comfortable, and stress-free. They were incredibly helpful with everything. From choosing the right medication and understanding how to use it, to questions about packaging, shipping, and anything else that came up along the way.Dr. Linda was kind, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. Michelle, the Senior Manager, was also absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns I had. Both of them made me feel like I was actually being heard and cared for, rather than just being another patient.Honestly, I’ve had experiences with Lavender Sky Health that felt more reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and compassionate than some of my experiences with doctors in person. That says a lot!I would absolutely use Lavender Sky Health again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their patients and makes the process as smooth as possible. The Lavendar Sky Health patient support…
The Lavendar Sky Health patient support team is fabulous. They answer questions and address concerns so quickly. Also, I love the additional products they offer and the multiple pharmacy and medication choices that are available. I have been a customer for over a year and will continue to use them.

Signed up for their glp service. You are required to send in photos of current prescriptions and blood tests which I did. But my provider apparently didn't get them. No problem I resent them. I was approved for a med and chose my pharmacy. After a week and a half I changed my mind about the pharmacy I had chosen due to many complaints on their own Facebook page. I decided I would rather go through them for the kwikpen through lilly. When I asked if I could change from compounded to the pen after 4 days I got a response stating that it was very expensive, (I know) and that I would have to pay another 40 then 25 dollars and have to wait 6 months before incoild make the change? I was given no other answers from there or even how to do this or if they would do this. I asked the provider to elaborate. Another 3 days has gone by with no answers which is typical. You write them they take 4 days to respond everytime. I ended up continuing through my old provider for my pen and I'm out the $69 provider fee they charge because I'm not filling the script with their florida pharmacy. Honestly I could but the amount of complaints is scary. Response times are 4 to 5 days and the responses are canned scripts. Avoid. There are hundreds of providers online.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Patient Support and AdvocacyI have been a patient with Lavender Sky Health for the past couple of months, and my experience with their team has been excellent. They have consistently been responsive, prompt, and easy to work with.What truly stood out to me, however, was how they handled a recent issue involving one of their partner pharmacies, Absolute Pharmacy. There was a problem with the condition in which my medication arrived, and Lavender Sky Health took my concerns seriously. Their team stepped in, advocated on my behalf, and worked to ensure that I received a replacement medication in the proper condition.Situations like this really show you the type of company you are working with. Rather than leaving me to resolve the issue on my own, Lavender Sky Health took ownership of their role in the process and made sure I was taken care of. Their response demonstrated to me that they genuinely value their patients and operate with a patient-first approach.I greatly appreciate the Lavender Sky Health team and the level of care, communication, and advocacy they have provided. I feel valued as a patient, and that means a great deal to me.I would recommend Lavender Sky Health a thousand times over. Thank you to the entire team for demonstrating what excellent patient care and customer service should look like. ❤️
