Initial phone call
My initial phone call with Dr. Cole was great. Her schedule was easy to book an appt. that worked for me. She called me promptly on the day of our appt. Dr. Cole was wonderful right from the get go. She read my med forms that I submitted beforehand, and had questions for me. In turn she listened to my questions, concerns, and requests. Dr. Cole was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and caring throughout our call. I am delighted to be working with her on my weight loss journey

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I truly cannot say enough good things about Lavender Sky Health. Their customer service and level of patient care are absolutely top tier. They are diligent, compassionate, incredibly responsive, and when there is an issue or concern, they genuinely take it seriously. Most of the time, I don’t even wait 24 hours for a response!I’ve lost 70 lbs total, with 40 lbs of that coming with the help of GLP-1 treatment. I had reached a dead end in my journey due to health conditions, and my doctors recommended a GLP-1. Insurance wouldn’t cover it and the traditional cost simply wasn’t realistic, so I turned to compounded medication—and I am NOT mad about it!One of my favorite things about LSH is how involved I get to be in my own care. With my provider’s guidance, I can discuss my dosing based on how I’m actually feeling and responding, research and choose from their available pharmacy options, and advocate for myself instead of feeling like decisions are being made based solely on assumptions. That freedom and transparency have been invaluable to me.Their doctors and practitioners are accessible, their support team answers my questions, and their Facebook community is amazing—even the admins actively monitor concerns there.This treatment has genuinely changed my life, and LSH has made the experience affordable, supportive, and empowering. I recommend them constantly. The care, compassion, transparency, and customer service are incredibly hard to beat. 💜
