The meds work, but that's about it.
The meds work, but that's about it. After capturing you with an introductory price, the subsequent refills double and triple in price. There are so many other similar services that do not do the bait and switch. Customer service is responsive but not helpful. Twice I had issues with my refill in which I filled out the refill form and the payment was automatically deducted. Twice I was told the refill form was not filled out even though my dashboard showed that these were completed. The first time took a month correct. When you're on medication, a month without can be devastating. The same thing happened when I tried to refill my prescription the following timr. At this point, I missed my schedule shot again because I had no medication. When you are paying $400 a month, not being able to be consistent results in no results, so ultimately I was paying $400 for nothing. When I asked customer service for a refund because I hadn't received the medication, they said it was against policy. So I literally paid $400 for nothing, and it wasn't even my fault. And the only way you unsubscribe from the service is going though customer service. You will not find it on the website or dashboard. I totally understand this company is a business and needs to make money, but there are so many other companies that do the same thing for much less money and with a more reliable process. Hopefully this review helps people select another provider worth their money and time.
