Have been trying to cancel my…
Have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. Thought it was successfully canceled back in June after I hadn’t been billed or received product in July or August. They billed me in September so I filled out the form again to cancel. Received verbal confirmation of cancellation. They’re billing me again. Had to cancel my card after filling out the form again 4th time.

Better than others
It has been great so far , after using other providers and receiving Less than the 15 mg doses I needed ,I switched back to MintMed, will be staying here after experiencing negative service from 2 other companies .

Not following proper protocol
Everything was going pretty well with this company, good communication, medication was delivered on a regular basis. Then out of the blue, they titrate me up to a higher dose and used a totally different pharmacy. I did not ask to increase my medication nor did they tell me they were increasing my medication. I was continuing to lose weight on the lower dose, so why did they change my prescription without discussing it with me first? That is not proper practice at all.

1 Star is Generous!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would--this company lies and cheats and then claims that they did nothing wrong. I prepaid for a 3-month supply of tirzepatide. When it arrived, the vial contained about 1/2 of what would be required to cover 3 months (based on the instructions on the vial) but it said 0 refills (and didn't come with enough syringes to cover the entire period anyway). They completely ignored my online requests for information, and their automated help line repeatedly hung up on me no matter what sequence of buttons I entered. When I finally got ahold of someone, he bluntly told me that what I got was for the entire 3 months and accused me of using it incorrectly (like I can't single digit numbers or count syringes). He then claimed that even if it was wrong, it was the pharmacy's problem and not theirs. I repeat: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
