I was on Semaglutide then switched to Tirzapetide a total of 3 years with Minute MD. The first year I lost 40lbs year 2 and 3 I gained it all back and was never able loose anything again. The GLP in the beginning came from a good pharmacy with good appetite suppressant the quality was good, after the first year it came from a pharmacy in FL. It felt the GLP mixture was poor not the same. For this reason although customer service, was excellent I will never go back with Minute Md.

Service has declined rapidly
As a loyal customer for 2 years, with great results, I was pleased to select MinuteMD when considering reinstating my subscription. I’m not sure what’s happened to this company but responses are now non existent both to refill requests and subsequent subscription cancellation requests.If I do not receive confirmation of my cancellation before my next billing date, I will have no choice but to contact my credit card company to prevent further charges.

So far I’m just out over $100
So far I’m just out over $100. They keep telling me it was approved and it’ll be sent within 5 to 7 days when we’re past that and I don’t have a Fedex alert. I don’t have any tracking information and when they answer you, you’re lucky if you get an answer in three days time it took over 3-4 days to get a reply to my first message. I also called them last week. They told me meds would be in Thursday or Friday. We are now on Monday and I still have no tracking information or product! So not happy with the customer service not happy with the time frame. The other company I ordered from. I actually spoke to a doctor on a video call and I had my meds in three days. We’re going on two weeks now. The last message I received said someday next week I would get them. I’m out of my meds that I was taking. I took my last half of a dose last Sunday and they keep saying oh it’s in your system for 10 days but that was half of a dose! Hopefully in the next day or two it shows up in the meantime I’m really beginning to think this is a scam

Ordered a trizepitide In March tried to cancel two weeks after was not able to cause the link is broken. They took money out a second time I called immediately after the 185 was taken out of my account cause I get notifications was hung up on by a rude customer service agent who told me if I dispute the charges they will fight it called back spoke with a supervisor who also refused to to return my money and cancel my account she text me a link to cancel the link is a broken link so you can not cancel. Customer service is awful being unable to cancel or refunded before medicine was even sent out is awful. They are a scam business found other reviews as well stating the same thing. I had to report fraud and get a new card number will be contacting a consumer attorney. Using Ro now and it is 1000x better.
