Saline, not medication and no suppot
The pharmacy they contract with sent me a "prescription" with no active drug in the formulation. When I went to address it they responded by saying that it was my issue - redirecting my back to the prescribing provider to be prescribed more inert medication. This place is a scam.

After three months on this treatment
After three months on this treatment, I've lost absolutely no weight and I'm still just as hungry as when I started.My experience is that Mondae cares far more about keeping subscriptions active and shipping products than whether the treatment actually works.Customer service has been disappointing. Natalia, in particular, provided minimal effort and seemed largely uninterested in resolving my concerns.To make matters worse, my treatment has ended, yet I still have two months' worth of unused product sitting in my refrigerator because they just kept shipping it.Three months, zero weight loss, no reduction in appetite, and a refrigerator full of unused medication. That's my experience with Mondae. I expected results and meaningful customer support, not just a company focused on recurring shipments and payments.
