NAVIOMD IS AMAZING IVE LOST 15 IN FIRST MONTH THATS ALOT OF WATER DRINKING AND HEALTHY EATING… NOW AS FAR AS ACTIVITY IM STRUGGLING THERE ABIT BUT I THINK IN TIME IT WILL COME ..
