The support system built into the Noom…
The support system built into the Noom program is very good and very important to me. I haven’t had any issues, but I feel like they would be very responsive if I did.

I am 66 years old
I am 66 years old, and have struggled as I am sure many of you have to lose and keep those pounds off. A few years ago I gave Noom a shot , and it worked for me flawlessly, and I kept very steady for the following 3 years. I recently went on a lengthly vacation and enjoyed myself w alot of extra calories, and upon my return, I knew Noom was my answer. So, I am back on it as of a week or so ago, and the pounds are coming off again

Didn't reach my weight goal but it was a positive experience
While I didn't reach my weight goal, I learned a lot and felt very good about my progress. Loved the personal coaching and how quick they responded to any questions or concerns. The daily lessons were very beneficial.
