Great if you're new... then..
I joined orderlymeds back in late April of this year 2026. Started on their 3 month "new you" period of Triz and B12. And honestly, I did so good on it. Down almost 40 lbs, steady loss, minimal side effects. Medication came in great, in a chest and ice packs.Then... the pharmacy switch in August. ZERO confidence in the medical handling of our injectable products. On multiple orders I received hot medication, like physically hot, not just warm. The Gel packs had ruptured in the bag and soaked everything in gel. This is not a cheap company to order from... $598 for orders that show up to your door... 'eventually' and you you have to question if they are safe to use?I've been denied any type of help. Customer service reps have tried but it never gets escalated and they can only do so much. I was told they will not refund me because the product delivered.. even though I said its not usable product. Its a shame. One switch, will be their downfall. Your customers depend on you for choosing pharmacies that will verify and ship product safely. Not to be told "sure its fine to take" these aren't pills, its liquid injectables and and peoples health we are talking about.Super frustrated I'm down $600 for medication that isn't even safe to use. No refund in site. Beware new clients.

Stay away from Orderly Meds!
Stay away from Orderly Meds! The very first time I order from Orderly meds was my started kit in April 2026 came from Perfection Rx. Stafford TX; Which I received in 3 days. This medicine came in ice packaged and super beyond effective within 24 hours with no cravings and food noise. I have order again, which now I am on 15mg weekly. Sept 15th I placed my order and receive my package Sept 26th. It has to be this new pharmacy CasaPharma (from hot Florida to Houston Texas) they decide to use this time filling my prescription. Which took almost 2 weeks to receive. The FedEx and Orderly Meds app tracking wasn't matching as well. I called off work losing my $180 earnings, that day. I called countless times and given the run around with Customer support. No, Medical team haven't contacted me back yet. I got sent a defective batch of Tirzepatide/B12. It arrived melted ice- Burning hot valves. I put in the fridge right away and took my shot 2 days later. I called them and messaged them on my app right away about the hot valves and also a few days later. Letting them know this medicine isnt working. Horrible food noise and hunger, with strong cravings. I requested over and over to send it back and have it filled at a different pharmacy for 2 weeks straight. They told me they can't allow me to send it back or no refund available. Its been almost a month since Orderly Meds took my $600 for this defected trash! So angry that I lost almost $800 dealing with them, plus gaining back the weightI loss. People be aware and stay away!
