I am writing a new review for Ozari Health. I have done shots for 2 months and I'm down 10 lbs. (Taking it slow due to sensitivity to medication). I am doing my own dosing program (microdosing) with the advice of a friend in health care. I just wanted to take lower doses to begin with, which works better for my body. (I actually chose them because of online advice that they offer microdosing---they do not). However, Ozari is working with me as far as ordering at a maintenance dose level so the medicine lasts for me because I don't use as much as you do on the normal dosing. I chose the shots that include magnesium, which has made such a difference in being able to sleep, manage any mood swings, and avoid as many digestive side effects. The hardest part is maintaining enough calories to keep up energy and lose weight in a healthy way. The company will really work with you!
