This application is VERY MISLEADING! It traps you in a 3 months supply.. I didn't authorize it! Then there's no one to help with my cancellation!

This application is VERY MISLEADING! I only wanted to see if I qualified but instead it locked me in a three months supply. And then to Boot with a lower dose. I summited a photo of my current dose with another company. I have been trying to cancel and speak with someone, but to no avail!
I plan on complaining submitting a fraud request with my bank.

Theives, customer service is basically non existent. I was going month to month and switched to the cheaper price 6 month plan. I asked how to cancel month to month and their ai chat said its done automatically when I switch. It was not and I was charged for the 6 months and a 1 month supply. I told them I'd send it back and they said it was my fault I didn't cancel and their ai is not them. So I did a charge back on that 1 month. They froze my 6 month order and will not give me my money back nor ship out the remaining months. They basically stole $600 from me and you can not talk to anyone. Their replies by email or chat take days. Dishonest scammers

Paid- sent 3 months worth of syringes but no meds
I am beyond frustrated. I was sent a box without medication. To replace the 3 months worth of meds they never sent, they want me to pay $125 per vial. Absolutely insane!
