My experience with Polly Weight Loss…
My experience with Polly Weight Loss has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.I did not want this prescription because I had already experienced side effects, including itching and redness around the injection site. I intended to stop and hold off on any further GLP-1 medication.However, Polly’s website is confusing and does not provide a clear, obvious option to either approve the prescription or decline and stop the order. I reviewed the website but could not tell whether an order was actually being processed. The next thing I knew, there was a $648 charge on my credit card.I did not knowingly authorize this purchase and do not want the medication. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.What is especially concerning is that there appears to be no meaningful recourse once the medication is processed, other than canceling future orders. Customers should not be charged hundreds of dollars without a clear confirmation screen stating the medication, price, and an unmistakable “Yes, place my order” or “No, cancel” option.A healthcare company dealing with prescription medication should have a transparent and easy-to-understand approval process, especially when a patient is reporting side effects. Based on my experience, Polly’s ordering and cancellation process is confusing, poorly designed, and completely lacking in clear customer consent.

Customer service is very responsive
Customer service is very responsive. They listen to my needs when I communicate with them. I have always had a fast response, 24 hours or less. As far as the Tir goes, I've had no issues with it. It's full strength and does exactly what it should do. I switched over to Piper just before they became Polly. Since the switch, everything had been great! I've been using them since April of 2026 and I will continue using them. Thank you!

If I could give them no Stairs I would…
If I could give them no Stairs I would they’re scammers. They took $280 and never gave me nothing. I repeat nothing they keep saying oh your intake has expired. Do a new intake and now it’s oh you have a six month you’re not eligible for a refund. I’ve never received one thing from them, but of course they have my money think twice if you just wanna throw money away then deal with them other wise stay away there’s other companies. I’m sure that are trustworthy.
