Paid- sent 3 months worth of syringes but no meds
I am beyond frustrated. I was sent a box without medication. To replace the 3 months worth of meds they never sent, they want me to pay $125 per vial. Absolutely insane!

I was a customer more 8 months. I went on my journey with Polly because I believed in this company but unfortunately I was very disappointed by them. The customer service was awful and not very helpful. I been asked via emails many times about my dosage and I got no response at all until the day need it my refill. I asked weeks in advance but no response. They offered me a $50 discount on my next refill which is nothing. Unfortunately for them I went with a different company more affordable half of I was paying to Polly and they called me and emailed me right away to answer my questions. I wanted to stay with Polly because I was ok with them but the communication is horrible. The management should set down and change their customer service. At the end they are making money after us

Was great from January 2026 until now
Was great from January 2026 until now. They took my money on July 25, today is August 6. Until now, they have always shipped my prescription 1-2 days after taking my money. We are now a day shy of 2 weeks out and customer service is just giving me the runaround on where my medication is, when it will even ship, and why this is happening. On Monday they told me it would be expedited, which seems odd since their website boasts they do overnight shipping. It still hasn’t been shipped out and customer service is giving me the runaround. Their website won’t even let me pause or cancel since my receipt of my medication is still doing as “pending”. This company has absolute dogs#!t communication and seems to be AI chatbots as well.
