I chose Pomegranate Health because their pricing for tirzepatide seemed affordable. Unfortunately, my first experience has been incredibly disappointing.After paying my $75 intake fee and being approved for treatment, I attempted to pay for my medication through the patient portal. The portal displayed "Payment Complete" and "Order Being Processed," yet I was never able to move forward or receive my medication.Over the next several weeks, I contacted customer service numerous times by phone and email. Responses were often delayed, and I had to repeatedly explain the same issue. I was continually directed back to the patient portal or a new invoice, but both led to the same unresolved problem.I requested that my concerns be escalated to a manager and asked for a phone call so the issue could be resolved more efficiently. Instead, I was told that my concerns could be addressed through email and that no additional review would change the outcome.I also spoke with a representative who discussed the possibility of a discount because of the delays and inconvenience. Later, I was informed that no discount would be offered.To make matters worse, the consultation and prescription are only valid for 30 days, while the issue preventing me from completing my order remained unresolved. I was also informed that my $75 intake fee is non-refundable, even though I have been unable to move forward because of the unresolved portal issue.I chose Pomegranate because I thought I would save money. Instead, I've spent weeks trying to resolve a problem that should have been fixed early on. This experience taught me that lower pricing isn't always worth it. I'd rather pay more to work with a company that provides reliable systems, timely communication, and responsive customer service.

Terrible customer service
Like many other reviewers, I had a frustrating experience with Pomegranate's customer service. My first round of medication went well, and I lost 7 pounds, so I requested a refill.After being told to use their new portal, I spent two weeks unable to log in. The site said I already had an account, but password reset emails never arrived. I contacted customer service at least five times and had to repeat the same issue each time without a resolution.Once I finally accessed my account, I was approved for a refill, but I received an invoice for the wrong medication. Customer service told me it was correct, so I paid it. Later, I received another invoice that appeared to be the right medication, but customer service stopped responding. I eventually messaged a nurse, who confirmed the first invoice was a mistake and refunded me. Only afterward did customer service ask if the issue had been resolved.This repeated issues with customer service is unacceptable. When I asked to email or connect with a manager instead of writing a public review I was told my feedback would be passed on. I’m sure it won’t. I wouldn't recommend this company if you value responsive, useful, support, and I won't be using them again. It is clear their customer service does not actually care about the patients health or making things right.

Pomegranate Health demonstrated poor communication and a lack of integrity. After weeks of several unsuccessful attempts to communicate and troubleshoot with Pomegranate Health via email, phone call, and through the chat feature in the portal, I requested a refund. On the date of my formal refund request, Pomegranate Health confirmed a cash payment that did not take place, rushed to process the order, and then told me that I couldn’t receive a refund because the order was then in progress. This was a manipulative move and a terrible business practice. I would not recommend this company.

Zero customer service and ordered meds…
Zero customer service and ordered meds over a week ago and they haven't even shipped them yet! Every email I send is ignored 🙁
