lucus was great refills.com is not
lucus was great. 5 stars for lucus. the company is not. it took me posting a negative review on trustpilot for me to get contacted about my order that was supposed to be shipped three days ago. the new portal “lost” all my check ins and correspondence with the physician and nobody told me that i needed to do it all over again before they could ship. It’s not a scam, but the company is a mess.

Alex was wonderful to work with!
