Refills.com made it possible for us to get our med supplies in advance ahead of our travels. For an international customer, the price was very affordable without US insurance with the compounded generic version available. The response time on the app was also very good and useful. There was however some back and forth since as our requests were specific. In this regard, the customer representative Ms. Hope was excellent and reliable as she understood the issue and supported us to get the refills on time while closely following up to ensure everything was completed. Thank you.
