Cancelled in May, glitch charged my bank in late August
I cancelled this the day after it popped up in late May. On August 28 they charged my bank acct $68. I had to search to see what it was. I never used this product. I finally found who they were and contacted the company showing them the cancelled receipt and the bank charge. They immediately responded and researched the information. Within a few hours i received an apology and assurance the charge would be reversed. Thankfully my bank had declined the charges. The company said it was a glitch and they had not idea how it happened.
