Just another AI scam
Just another AI scam. Tai Chi videos were AI generated and ignored my specific mention of knee problems in the questionnaire. Definitely not personalized. After less than 48 hours, I requested a refund but instead got the hard sell for "free" additional products. I finally got 50% refund.

First day and it takes a while to get…
First day and it takes a while to get into the groove. I particularly like the tempo … ie not too fast and no music blaring. I also appreciate that some exercises mimic the exercises my PT has prescribed.

Amended Review Great Customer Service
I made a previous post (not sure it was on this site) sharing my disappointment with RH. I would like to update my experience. I had signed up, but 3 hours later realized the program that showed all women turned out to be a male instructor. Their policy left me with paying for something that I felt was not advertised properly, To my surprise, a realperson responded to my complaint and took care of a refund very quickly. In this impersonal online world of apps and only chat options with AI it’s nice to know real people work at RH and they care about your experience. Thank You!!
