Customer service is top notch. They answered all of my stupid questions- lol. They have on going support and with medical support as well. You have a choice with dosage, pharmacy, medication and additives, also offer zero additives. Pause or cancel an order options, on going support and reminders. ALL PRICING IS UPFRONT, no hidden charges, no membership fees, competitive pricing, free shipping, all orders come with supplies and directions. Fast shipping via Fed Ex or UPS. I couldn't be happier, I'm so glad I chose RIFT!
