Useless
Despite assurances from two different reps this morning, including Veronica, no one had called me back to resolve my issue. I was told by the third person I just spoke with that a call back hadn’t even been scheduled. Now I’m supposed to believe that someone will reach out after they close? They are just dicking me around because they don’t want to change my medication. Useless company.
