Subscription problem

I 've been requesting missing needles…
I 've been requesting missing needles for 7 days. No one responds to email, when you can get a live customer service rep they promise they are being overnighted, and NOTHING. Now, I've missed my shot today and still no needles. I paid $1700 up front and needles should come with every order. I would buy them on my own but no pharmacy has those exact needles. I have three ticket numbers and 10 emails. Not rocket science, I paid and I am good customer, you simply put the needles in an overnight bag and send them to my home. BUT instead, I am now behind on my shot for simple needles. ALready left my google review and it's not good. Other companies have CUSTOMER SERvice. How simply would it be to make me happy, just SHIP THE NEEDLES OVERNIGHT. I've been contacting for 7 days and still can't get the needles that YOU forgot to include,
