Trillium has that thing a lot of people want: hands on responsiveness. The owner is also a person on the meds, he is responsive; every phase is perfect. As someone who has been around for a LONG time and used many providers, I can tell you that this feels wonderful. You can feel safe and your confidence will remain high. Yes, Hallendale is superior with their meds so that’s anadditional boatload of Gold stars, but the way Trillium works together with the pharmacies is next level. Yes, I recommend them, utterly.

I have to say, I haven’t had any real issues with any provider (LSH, Refills, GLM, Pom), but Trillium Meds really stood out. The process was incredibly easy and fast from start to finish, which I truly appreciated. What sets them apart, though, is how accessible the owner and team are. It makes a big difference knowing you can reach someone if you need anything. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience and I will definitely use them again.

Amazing experience, they take my FSA card and have been informative. the process was easy, I did their intake form on Friday morning and medication was at my door step Saturday afternoon. their customer service is unmatched and the owner has his own reddit form where he is active and helping everyone as well.
