Absolute Horrible Customer Service, Stay Far Away!!!!!
Absolute Horrible Customer Service, my portal shows product was supposed to be expected 9-12-2026 here it is October 14th. Customer service rarely responds, product not shipped. Portal keeps saying I need to put a credit card on file however I paid in full. Still not showing shipped. A bot response says your meds have been at the pharmacy a little longer than expected. Be patient, took my money quickly though! Stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Company agrees they owe me a refund, yet refuses to give it to me.
Company agrees they owe me a refund, yet after 4 months and four conversations with the company, I have not received the refund. Here is the story: I tried the terepizide and I did not lose weight. No worries. I contacted them after the second charge BUT before they sent the shipment out. They said they would refund me the $900, minus a fee. I was happy with that. However, I have spoken with them online and called, and each time they apologize and say my issue has been “escalated” and then it is crickets. I have no faith that they have any intention of ever refunding the money. With a charge of $900 and no product, this is theft.
