The medication was warm as well as the ice bag. I called them immediately and they refused a refund or to send new RX I ordered a 3 month subscription and the charge was over $400. They do not return calls and all you can do is leave a message!!!!!

⚠️ I decided to give Trinity meds a try because their Tirzepatide was 149 a month. I have been with many companies for this stuff & the very best was direct meds, but unfortunately, they became more and more expensive. My medication shipped from a pharmacy in Highlands Texas and it’s called the Link pharmacy. This stuff that I got was water. It was so ineffective. I was actually hungrier now. I’ve been on this stuff and know what it does so I do not know what I received and injected in my body. I swear to God these insurance companies that don’t cover these weight loss medication’s should be sued because we have to go through all these bootleg companies just to get healthy and what they send us is a crapshoot. I am so mad I think I’m gonna call my credit card & fight the charge.

I wish I could rate 0. Do not use this company. You get immediate approval and take your money in seconds. You are told your meds are being processed. They are NOT. Getting into their portal or login is almost impossible. I have tried to repeatedly use their stupid codes. Finally a support person told me to use my email and a password. That was the first I heard of that. That method worked twice. Now, I am calling and being repeatedly told someone will contact me. I then asked for the name of the pharmacy, location and phone number. Guess what?? No one answers nor calls back from the pharmacy that is supposedly processing my meds for days now. I want out. I want my money returned. They say they can't do that because the meds are being processed. So, I am in a vicious circle. I would like to join a group of customers like myself to bring a case against them.Whatever you do, DO NOT pay for more than one month. If you pay for the long plans, then you are out thousands of dollars.Look up their reviews, almost all negative except for some Bot reviews.

SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY
I wish I would of red all of these horrible experiences, same here , this is a scam for sure , be aware that if you call try to get a refund they will tell you that they can’t because the medication was prescribed,my bank is now involved as I ended up recieving about 15-20 automated messages telling me the exact same thing , you will call and they will say “ I’m sorry but we can’t find you in our system let me put you on hold , “ everyone you talk to will tell you a different story , the last one they told me was “‘we escalated your claim you will receive your medication next week “ when asked when next week, the lady said “‘I don’t know but sometime next week ,” after my case was escalated the day after I got an email saying my medication had been prescribed and will get an update when it ships, I asked when will it ship ?? We don’t know yet but we will keep you updated .Someone needs to take them down for sure .
