***warning*** this is a not real or transparent as advertised. Do not trust this company. Warning bad business transaction. I attempted to set up a profile. As I was debating starting the program a sales rep began to text me. I verified through the link sales rep sent it was indeed Trinity Meds. I used the link of “discounted” pricing and completed profile. My account was charged and then I couldn’t log back in. I kept getting information that I didn’t complete profile. But the account I created was no where to be found. I called the number listed, they located the account and stated that I was given an incorrect price and that was why my profile didn’t generate. The call center agreed it was through no fault of mine. I paid $900 dollars and Trinity Meds states they can only refund 50% even though I never received the medication. I was not connected to a supervisor as requested and that was that. Call center Khloe basically said “sorry, too bad”. Thanked me and request I give her a good review. Please don’t be like me and fall in the fake trap, this is a gemick.

My patient portal has zero information and even a date of "starting on 8/10/26.." I joined in September. I was out of town when the medication arrived and it sat on my porch for days. Let us hope they can rectify this but so far GO ELSEWHERE! Horrible experience!

The first week on tirzepatide (2.2mg) was ok but the subsequent 2 weeks my wife was so sick that she couldn't keep water down for 3-4 days of that week. Went to the hospital thinking it was a bug but determined it was the meds after another try. Reached out to support but the doctor has never called her back. I wouldn't trust what they put in the compounds nor their support if you have adverse reactions.
