DO NOT ENGAGE with TRINITYmeds…
DO NOT engage with this company....everything is bad...delivery(multi delays to ship..then 5 days to arrive...super hot). Service(there isnt any...when challenged re lack of responsiveness..."it is our policy")They do not cancel or refund money paid for meds you do not want. They do send beautifully crafted emails...that are wothless...just like company leadership.

I would not recommend Trinity Meds
I would not recommend Trinity MedsMy experience with Trinity Meds has been extremely disappointing from beginning to end, and I wish I had researched the company more thoroughly before paying for a multi-month plan.I had problems almost immediately. After signing up and paying, it took nearly a month for me to receive my medication. Communication throughout the process was frustrating, and I repeatedly felt like I was getting scripted responses rather than anyone actually addressing my concerns.I later experienced an adverse reaction to another medication through the program and was instructed by the provider to discontinue it. Despite that, Trinity refused my request for even a partial refund or credit for the unused medication. I escalated the issue and waited for management to conduct an "individual exception review," only to ultimately receive the same answer. At that point, I had lost confidence in the company and requested cancellation of everything, including my prepaid 6-month semaglutide plan. Trinity confirmed in writing that my treatment was closed, my products were canceled, and no future medication orders would be processed.Despite having prepaid for months of semaglutide that I will now never receive, I was refunded only $145, and I was told that they do not owe me anything further. I have now requested an itemized accounting showing exactly how they calculated that refund and what happened to the remainder of the money I prepaid.I understand that prescription medications have different refund rules once they have actually been dispensed. My frustration is much broader than that. It is the delays, repeated back-and-forth with multiple customer-service representatives, difficulty obtaining meaningful answers, and now having to fight for an explanation of what happened to money I prepaid for future treatment that the company itself canceled. This has been an exhausting experience. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Trinity Meds. If you are considering using them, I strongly encourage you to read the cancellation/refund terms carefully, understand exactly how a multi-month payment will be handled if treatment ends early, and keep copies of every communication and payment record.
