My experience has been really good
My experience has been really good. Recently had an issue and customer service took care of it. Candy was amazing and I really appreciate her commitment to taking care of the problem. I’ve never had any problems until this and at least now I know if I do in the future, it will be handled. Thank you, Candy!

Worst Clinic ive ever experienced
Valhalla Vitality is the most unreliable telehealth clinic I have ever dealt with.I have had over 10 (documented) orders severely delayed, with some sitting over 30 days before even being sent to the pharmacy. Same excuses every time, zero accountability, and horrible customer service.Even after the "website refresh", this company is disorganized, inconsistent, and completely unreliable. I would not recommend Valhalla Vitality to anyone.
