“Extremely Poor Communication and Unresolved Medication Order”
Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered my medication over a week ago and still have not received it, any tracking information, or a meaningful update.
I sent multiple messages through the patient portal regarding my dosage, dosing recommendations, and other concerns, but received no response. I also called several times and was repeatedly directed to answering machines rather than a live representative. When I finally reached someone, the customer service was rude and dismissive.
Because of the continued delays and lack of communication, I requested that my order be canceled, my membership be canceled, and my payment refunded. I have still received no confirmation or resolution regarding any of these requests.
From the initial order through the current status, there has been virtually no communication or accountability. I will not be ordering from this company again. Awful customer service and a very frustrating experience.

I placed my order 10 days ago and they haven't even shipped it yet. This is desperate and frustrating. I've never had an experience like this with other companies... I'm going to file a dispute with my bank so they can refund the money I paid to this company.

I’ve had problems multiple times
I’ve had problems multiple times. This time my refill date changed 3x I’ve now been without the prescription for over a month. Someone finally got back to me after calling 4x and messaging like 6x put in my refill finally now there’s been an issue with shipping from the pharmacy and says thank you for your patience. Well my patience has officially run out. I’ve messaged on the chat 8x over the last two days and can’t get a response from anyone. I can’t imagine it’s healthy for you to go on and off of this medication multiple times. Oh I also asked if I could get it expedited since it got messed up and I’ve been without for about a month and was told I sure can for 69.99 awesome thanks for that when it was your mess up for the last month and I do the trizepatide and do the bonus package so all said and done I’m paying about $500 a month so yes please make your mistake right by charging the customer an extra 69.99 to have the product delivered in a timely manner
