I was charged $199.00 for a bundle that I did not want

I was charged $199.00 for a bundle that I did not want. I used the chat and email (the only form of communication that’s available) to tell someone that I hit no thanks on the bundle option and was charged anyway. So their solution was to charge me the $129.00 that should have been charged on top of the $199.00 charge and stop communicating with me about any sort of refund. It has now been almost 2 weeks. Still NO refund!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Terrible customer service!!!
