The medication was warm as well as the ice bag. I called them immediately and they refused a refund or to send new RX I ordered a 3 month subscription and the charge was over $400. They do not return calls and all you can do is leave a message!!!!!

I had a positive experience with the company. The process was easy and the pricing is competitive when purchasing multi month plans. They have checked in on me a few times. I don’t like the auto payment renewal but that seems to be the case for all companies.

I’ve only just started with this. The online registration was easy and my medication arrived timely. Gimme Care does not handhold and most messages are met with AI response. However if you continue to push to get your concerns addressed, it eventually gets sent to doctor who may or may not respond. I’ve had two issues escalated to doctor and only received one response. The price was right and I do not require a ton of hand holding so this works for me. To date I have only received one shipment so cannot say with 100% certainty that the price remains the same and the shipments are consistently reliable but so far so good!

The packaging was absolutely horrendous. The ice packs leaked on everything so all the paperwork was stuck together and ruined. Not sure why ALL the paperwork wasn’t in the plastic baggie that contained other pharmacy info. That also means that it wasn’t cold obviously. There were bad reviews on shipping for the other available pharmacy through Goby so hopefully these pharmacies can improve their packaging.

Care and delivery is fine, but I don’t think this is real I feel like I’m not on anything, last year I was on Wegovy and lost 30 lbs in 7 months I could hardly eat, I stop because my insurance wasn’t paying for it anymore, so I paid for it myself and it’s not cheap to get no results, and I paid for 3 months, I will not be getting it from them again, there just taking peoples money in my opinion.

I signed up for Belle on a Friday afternoon and my doctor sent in my prescription a couple of hours later. My prescription was shipped on Monday and I received it on Wednesday - so fast! I received lots of messages from Belle support keeping me updated and asking if I had any questions. Everyone has been very helpful so far! The annoying thing is their portal.
Based on comments on the Circle app (a free community for everyone), it seems like the patient portal is new - so that could be part of the problem for some of the little quirks. The portal says I have new notifications like I have a message from support. I just don’t see the message. I do get texts, so maybe that’s the same thing? I mark the notification as archived, but the little dot showing I have messages is still there. The portal layout looks easy to navigate, but sometimes I think I should be able to touch something but nothing happens. I wish it was an app instead that was integrated with Circle, but all good! The really confusing part is the learning videos.
The videos are super helpful! I’ve received different videos from support and from the code on my vial. I don’t think I would have ever found them on my own, so I’m not sure how to get them back if needed.
The Circle community has a lot of great resources including weekly nutrition content. Everyone is really nice. I actually decided to go with Belle because of glp winner and the Circle content.
I’ve only had one dose, but I’m super happy so far!

Gimme is easy to enroll. Lately shipping timeline has been longer can be anywhere from 5-8 days. I am at the highest dose of 15 MG. Although the cheapest here right now when it comes to month to month tirzepetide, the quality is questionable. Out of the 4 shipments I received from the pharmacy (Greenwich), all have come in warm and in some instances hot. I have plataeued now for several months, so I am not sure being in California through Gimme Care under this pharmacy is a wise choice. I would rather pay more for more quality meds.

I’m on maintenance and my health insurance denied further coverage. I was happy to find GLP Winner and I chose telepharm Mochi only because I know two ppl that use them. Have thought about switching for a tele without the monthly fee, but Mochi has been fine. Prefer name brand Wegovy shots, but for now I’m using telehealth due to expense

Getting approved, receiving order went smoothly. Price was great $449 for 3 mths. When it came time to reorder, the price doubled to $895 for 3 mth supply. I ended up going with a different company & only pd $1788 for an entire yr. I would have stayed if the price didn't double.

I ordered through altrx and everything was fine order to the pharmacy on the 23rd i notified them on the 28th of travel dates because the order still had not shipped, that I would not be back till the 9th and they shipped on the 4th and basically said to bad we shipped. BEWARE!!!!Find another company to work with.

I've been with Belle since mid February 2026 and overall I've been pleased. Belle has made some updates and offer you to join the Circle community which can be a useful tool. They updated the patient portal but I didn't have an issue with the old version. Was there for me to add information and to communicate with Belle. Communication takes awhile from a few hours to a day or two. If you're good with that then it will never be an issue. My red flag.. I signed up for the recurring 3 month plan and I noticed that my payment and delivery was moved up a month so instead of 3 months at renewal it was now 2 months. I paid for it to be 3 and to me moving it up a month with a full charge is deceitful. Communication with Belle on this was good and they did change it back to the original 3 month renewal date but did ask me to consider moving it up. What was the excuse for that? To make sure I get my meds in a timely manner. Sorry, but that is not on me thats on Belle to make sure of. I can say they did do it again at my renewal but it looks like the payment is less. Patiently waiting to talk to them about it.
Again, moving up my renewal is the only gripe I've had with Belle. Other than that Im glad I chose them.

Due to some injection site problems in the past (used BPI), I wanted to try a non-additive option, which Hallandale accommodates. They packaged the meds well, shipping was quick, and arrived cold. The expiration date was far enough in the future to leave plenty of time for use.

This was a refill. They have an improved online portal. They now will respond to emails and phone calls. The new Pomegranate experience is better than before. Filling out their on-line form for my refill was quick & easy. They work with my preferred pharmacy: Hallandale. I had been taking 10 mg but requested 12 mg, and they approved it. My total cost for 3 months was $479. I requested 12 mg, but they gave me enough for 15 mg doses - so each vial will last an extra week at the 12 mg rate, making my cost less than the advertised price. 3 months of 15 mg for $479 is $479 / (15mg * 12) =$2.661/mg which I think is a great price. The medicine was shipped via FedEx, and arrived in ~2 days, arrived cold and well packaged. I am completely satisfied with Pomegranate Health.

Amble has the WORST customer service. Amble communication is horrible and not attentive to customers questions or concerns. Once you're approved the timeframe to sending to the pharmacy is 7-10 business days. Once the pharmacy receives order it takes 7-10 business days for processing. There is another 7-10 days for shipping to receive product with delays. Never again will I use Amble or the pharmacy. I canceled my order on a product I never received due to delays. Pharmacy charged $100 processing fee for cancelation. Amble refund process horrible with lack of communication. Worst experience with Amble Telehealth and pharmacy! Do better Amble Telehealth and pharmacy! Please Beware!
