I’ve had an extremely positive experience from the very beginning. One thing I really appreciate about this company is that they work with multiple pharmacies, giving you options to choose from. I selected Strive Pharmacy, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. From the moment I received the email confirmation, it took only five business days for my medication to arrive. It was packaged securely in a styrofoam box with plenty of ice packs to keep it at the right temperature. I also received a tracking number, so I could easily monitor the shipment every step of the way.

I really appreciate that I’m communicating with a real person, not an AI or someone just reading off a script. The patient portal is easy to navigate, and I’ve had great experiences with customer service. Every time I’ve reached out via email, they’ve responded quickly and walked me through my questions step-by-step.
Yes, there’s a $25 refill fee and a $45 follow-up fee, but honestly, it’s still much more affordable than visiting my PCP every two months for check-ups when I was on the brand-name medication. Plus, the care feels just as personal — maybe even more so.
Another thing I love is that LSH has a private Facebook group, which creates a real sense of community and support among members. Overall, I’m very happy I joined LSH. It’s been a refreshing experience — professional, personal, and affordable. Highly recommend!

Easy enough to order and probably one of the better deals if you're just looking at cost per mg WITHOUT doing a monthly subscription. However, it's clear their first line of defense for customer service is AI and their shipping/tracking information and notification system is incredibly lack luster

I really appreciated how quick and on top of everything they were. After completing my order, before I could even schedule my care coaching appointment, they reached out to inform me that they were in the midst of trying to resolve a technical issue with Stripe their payment processor. Apparently, their promo codes weren't working correctly that day. I hadn't even realized yet. They apologized profusely, manually adjusted it and informed me they took an additional $200 off as an apology. As a small business owner myself, I completely understand. These types of things happen that are completely out of our control, but what made such am impact on me was how considerate, upfront and transparent about the whole thing they were!

I switched to Nuuvim because the price was more affordable and and consistent. So far I'm really pleasantly surprised. The doctor and carecoach that I met with were both absolute sweethearts. I contacted customer service because I forgot to include something during the intake, and I swear they responded to my email faster than my friends respond to my texts (I think I need better friends lol). But seriously every interaction I've had with them has been genuinely so easy and pleasant. Very happy!

The price for compounded Tirzepatide 15 mg weekly is $399 per month on a month to month basis. It's only $299 per month is you purchase 12 months at a time. They don't tell you the pricing until you've gone all the way through the application process, which I don't like. I did not order.
