Before starting Trimi, I had given up hope in terms of getting my weight lowered due to ongoing inflammation issues due to lupus. I haven’t lost any weight yet! They are more expensive than most are at this time. There is a patient portal that provides a doctor input. However there is no one available on the weekends. They have a person that provides little information and are paid for the products that you order.

This company will steal your money. And their customer service will lie to you with no compunction. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I ordered 6 months of tirz. They sent me 3. I put in a request to cancel and refund me for the last 3 months in early February. Weekly calls to check on the status of the request resulted in what would become recognizable as smoke and mirrors responses. Finally, they sent me the attached communication on March 9, saying they would make the refund and that the funds would be back in my account in 5-10 business days. Nothing appeared. I’ve called daily since, and each time they give me a different story: 1) it hasn’t been processed yet, 2) it was processed on the 16th, 3) we are escalating this through the retention team to the budget team (they said this one often in February as well), etc. They lie. They canceled the last three months and won’t process the refund that they said they would process.
It has been 7 weeks, and dozens of calls made to them.
They’re thieves and liars. Their words are empty. Their “customer service” is a scam. Find another telehealth company.

The packaging is great. Fast shipping, usually overnight, with clear and acurate tracking. Everything arrives neat and cold. Have no issues at all with efficacy, they seem just fine. I do wish they were offering more additive choices. Seems B12 is the only one at this time. I am not sure why you are stating they are not licensed for Arkansas, because I am in Arkansas, and they have been sending me my meds for over 3 months now? The only thing I dislike is they do not include a med "bottle", it is just a loose vial. I like having each vial in their own "bottles" with the script label. Just makes it easier to keep each one straight and provides a little extra protection from light. I have been recylcing old bottles and just replacing the labels.

Never received a consultation, charge my credit card, gave them my pcp's phone number and the 2.5 dosage for 1 month, then 5, then 7 he wanted me to start at seeing as I was coming off Wegovy . Can't log into website, no one responds, just a small screen says 1mg per week. What is going on? Never gave me a password, tried to reset password using forgotp password seven times and have never been sent a reset password to even get on the site if they charged my card real quick, not a good start

Their semaglutide seems totally ineffective. I was getting semaglutide for months from a different compounding pharmacy that worked very well. I’m on my third dose (doubling dose each week) with a vial from VitalRX and feel absolutely nothing. My friend also ordered from VitalRX via Goby and has reported the same.

I was previously on zepbound and it worked wonders for my autoimmune disease symptoms. My inflammation was gone, pain was cut in half and my appetite was controlled. I was even losing weight. But ... As my insurance wasn't covering it and I couldn't keep affording it,I decided to go with gimme.care because of the pricing. I researched reviews and for the most part they had good ones. They are a new company though, but I figured I'd give them a chance. I am now up 11 lbs (instead of losing) and none of my symptoms that were relieved by zepbound were being relieved on the tirzepatide they provided me. My insulin resistance has gone up as well. I am gluten free, eat at a calorie deficit, exercise and still am gaining weight. Hmmm? Doesn't feel like this product is what they are claiming it to be. When I signed up, I included everything about my health and disclosed what my main goals were. Doctor never even contacted me. They just wrote the script. After realizing this isn't working, I reached out to the Dr. They told me to contact customer service. Customer service refers me back to the doctor as this is a medical question. Now no one is responding. I requested my subscription be cancelled and no one has done it. Please folks, don't waste your hard earned money on a place that prescribes something yet fills something different. Not even sure what I've been putting into my body with these injections. I am certain it's nothing it's claimed to be though
