Vial arrived hot with one small ice pack. The packaging looks like a blind person put it together. I called and asked them why it arrived so hot and was told that they have done test on their formulation and siad that it can remain stable for up to 86 degress for 5 days. I asked for the proof of their so called test but they wouldnt provide me with any documentation. Thats probably because there is none.

i would give it less than 1 star if i could!! DO NOT USE TRIMRX!! I signed up and they immediately took out 159.00 out of my account, which was fine because i signed up.
2 days later i found out that i needed surgery, so i went online and cancelled the virtual appointment and told them i needed to cancel. no response what so ever. I have called 6 times and have yet to talk to a person. they never return call when you leave name, number and nature of call. i never did get my 159.00 back.
they are AWFUL!!

I would stay away from this company. I paid on day one. This company only deals in chats so you don't even know who you are talking to or AI generated. After 8 days of waiting, my meds were still pending prescription review so I decided to cancel. Now they chat.... They agreed it was a delay, and the prescription was not filled but their T & C says they can deducted a $100 fee from the refund. Do you homework. Stay away...

I was originally on Goby but it was getting too expensive so this place was cheaper and easy to onboard however. They immediately billed and shipped me a starter low dose titration pack for 3mos. Instead of my regular dose I wanted that I was on with Goby. I immediately messaged them but it was too late because it shipped out the same day I did the onboarding. They have since adjusted my next shipment but I am really mad that they wasted my money on a 3mth starter pack because the doses are so low I doubt it will help me since I was at a much higher dose on Goby. I did send them photos of my current medicine and listed it twice on my intake form. So I don't know how or why didn't ship me the same dose I was already on. The doctor even ignored my messages stating my dose and all the info I gave on intake saying that I needed to titrate up. No I don't I already was on a starter pack 6mos ago. I hope the next shipment is correct and smooth otherwise I am switching to another provider.

Fast and convenient. I'd say that the medication potency is a little less powerful for the same dosage from other Rx like Empower or Hallendale. I don't care for the way they package the medicine as they use a soft bag instead of a hard Styrofoam shipping box. Also the lids of each vial has come off from the glass bottle (seems a little sketchy). But the medicine itself has been working for me. Got my Rx through Trimi, 1 year Tirz, no price change for dosages, $1500.

I am kind of like wondering if my medication of tirzepatide B12 is working efficiently. Because it seems like I'm actually gaining a little weight since I've been using the new vial. I received it on April 11th and I didn't get it till that night because I wasn't going to be home. No one told me when it was coming so I was out of the loop on that. I was sent a message that it was delivered. But I don't think it's working too well because I shouldn't be keeping the weight on. It's just a few pounds but 7.5 mg was always enough and I had only been using it for 3 weeks now because I had some leftover from the last file before that that I finished up.. the fact that it arrived in the styrofoam container and the ice pack that was in there was not cold is concerning since it doesn't seem like it's as effective as it's supposed to be. And I shouldn't have to inject more. I don't know like I said if they changed the formula since the price went down. But I'm going to have to call them and let them know that's something's up.

I like the app. It’s easy to use the medicine ships quickly. See what else they submitted a letter of medical necessity to my HRA. they messaged me back very quickly. Link pharmacy is excellent! I get my medication through Fridays who are amazing too! Very attentive with my consultations and personal to my needs. Link pharmacy shipping from Texas to WI comes in 1-2 days! Always packed secure and cold! I’ve lost 12 pounds on Tirz w/LCarnitine in 4 weeks. Why would I go anywhere else?

This company has shady practices. I have been on .05 mg for 6 months and lost 7 pounds. When I requested a bulk 3 month increase I wanted 7.5mg for one month then 10 mg for 2 months. I again was given 0.05 for another 3 months. Customer service says that’s what the doctor wants me on. I have NO side effects. No way to talk to doctor. To keep someone on that dose for 9 months is only cost effective for the telehealth company. Be very careful with this shady telehealth

I recieved my shipement of Tirpezide 4/21/26. It was in the thermos but it was warm. The vials were warm as well. I called the pharmacy and was told they would be fine. Well I have no idea how fine they are until I don't loose weight . I got 3 vials, was told they would be good for 28 days. the dose is once a week, which indicates to me only one vial would still be good. There are 12 doses total, I would use 4 .....leaving 8 doses that are possibly no good. I was told Trava ( who I also contacted) would call..I have not heard from anyone. 500 dollars possibly wasted.

The vial looked like it was created by a blind person. The label was all over the place and the ink on the label looked like someone filled it in with a Sharpie. The meds did not dissappoint. They were just as useless and uneffective. It seems someone filled a vial with bacteriostatic water because the meds were as effective as water.

Went with a provider that was using Vials RX. What a mistake! I have taken Tirzepatide from 3 other pharmacies and all seemed to work good. This garbage from Vials RX doesn't work at all. I actually through it away after 3 weeks I was taking it. That is how bad it was.

They are not what they used to be. The are now primarily using Casa for their Tirzepatide They are not using the quality they once did. Go elsewhere. They even tell you. "You might want to use someone else" Red flag
