Terrible company! I have screenshots of AltRX advertising $89 a month Tirz for seniors (am I am one). But after over 50 emails back and forth with the company, they never honored that price and totally tried to bait and switch me! I would get emails that said, "Please show us proof of the $89 rate and we will honor it." I'd send it and get another email, and then another, and then another asking for proof. Each time I'd send a screenshot, sometimes several different screenshots.

They send medication hot upon arrive even if its just 2 day shipping. The dosage instructions are hard to understand. Worst of all, the meds are junk. I had to order from Empower after two weeks on the Vials RX because there was no hunger control. When using telehealths, make sure that they are not using Vials RX as their pharmacy. If they are then find another one.

I cancelled my subscription after one week of very delayed response to my questions and concerns. The provider prescribed tirzepatide with B12 without asking if I could accept that as an additive. I requested to switch to B6. They cancelled the previous prescription but didn't submit the new one. Luckily I still have medication from my previous provider on hand. I called the customer service number and cancelled. I need a responsive provider who doesn't ghost me as soon as my account has been debited for payment.

I switched to givmie from Lumi because the price was better. I was fortunate in that there weren't any issues with the approval or the shipping or the time it took to get the meds. They arrived cold and they appear effective. Because of that I haven't really had to interact a lot with customer service. That is why I'm not giving a five-star review as I cannot speak to how that experience would be. I've been using the app which has allowed me to do everything I need to do regarding timing of shipment etc. I did try to change to a different company Trinity meds as their price was even better. So far I've not received the first shipment from them and Communications have completely broken down including with the pharmacy. I may end up doing a chargeback on that order and stick with gimmie as I have no reason to complain about them. It would be nice to save a little bit of money through Trinity but honestly gimmie is already very well priced and I was able to actually get what I ordered from them

At first everything seemed fine. The price was good, the text that came after my application were very responsive and not AI generated. I had a lot of questions and they were answered promptly and thoroughly. Then communication through the patient portal was also initially good. I got an update of approval and updated prescription being sent to the pharmacy with the pharmacy name quick response to a question I had although the response wasn't particularly thorough. Then I noticed that although I requested a maintenance dose the amount was increased for each vial per information on the prescription. This was specifically not what I'd ask for or what I was trying to do. I contacted through the patient portal and ask that the vials not increase in strength or that I be given a specific dose adjustment if they'd already been made and shipped. I received a response which said it could be addressed once I received the vials as they were unclear exactly what would be shipped from the pharmacy. After that there was no notice of shipment confirmation from the pharmacy. I emailed the pharmacy, Casa Pharma, and received no response. I both emailed and texted Trinity meds to try to confirm shipment or the reason for the delay and received no response. I called the pharmacy twice and was routed to their voicemail. So far no response to my voicemail. I emailed the pharmacy again stating it was urgent and a cold chain shipment issue and my concern was that it was Friday and I realized they did not work on the weekend. So far no response. The pharmacy has had my prescription now for five full working days with no confirmation of shipment and no response. Most pharmacies process and ship these types of medications in 2 to 3 days. I'm very concerned. Even if I do eventually get the medication and it is cold, which is a big concern, I do not feel good about the ability to communicate with either Trinity meds or the casa pharma pharmacy at this point. If I do not get a response today I will likely initiate a charge back with my credit card on Monday.

Been using this pharmacy for 2 months now. Excellent weight loss, good hunger suppression, no different to be from any other popular brand. They package their orders nice and they label the vials for you which I like. Their concentrations are amazing because I pretty much always take 50 units no matter the dose. Its super helpful for those of us on higher dosing.

I’ll give 4 stars for now. When I receive my first order I can revise it.
I got a great deal over 4th of July weekend of under $150 a month for all doses of tirz forever. Once I re-order I’ll confirm that price is what they charge me.
I’ll see how long shipping takes. The whole process was easy. They asked for general info like all the other places. They got back to me quickly to answer my questions. There was a slight delay in approval but that was probably due to the 3 day weekend. I’m hoping my experience is still good in the next few months.

Stay away from Fridays! Everything seemed fine until they required me to have testing to renew my prescription. That’s great, except they were supposed to pay for the tests. Instead, I have been getting bills for over $500 from Quest. I did send the screenshots they asked for along with the orders from Fridays. To no avail. Note that they said they should pay the bill in March and it is still outstanding. To date I have received approximately 50 emails from Fridays, each one assuring me that they actively coordinating, have submitted follow ups, etc. Avoid Fridays!!!

I am so grateful I found GLP1 Winner. I had been searching forever for an affordable way to continue tirzepatide after my insurance stopped covering Zepbound. There are so many options online that it honestly felt overwhelming, and I had no idea which providers were legitimate or accepted FSA reimbursement.
GLP1 Winner made the whole process incredibly easy by matching me with Belle. I was skeptical at first because you hear so many stories online about questionable products or having to mix medications yourself. To be safe, I only ordered a one month supply to make sure everything was legitimate and that it worked well for me.
The provider did ask for proof of my current prescription since I was already on the highest dose of Zepbound, which was simple. I just uploaded my most recent prescription from the pharmacy, and the approval process was quick and easy.

Another huge plus is that although they don’t process FSA cards directly, you can submit your receipt to your FSA administrator for reimbursement. I’ve done that for the past two months and have been successfully reimbursed each time.
What I appreciated most about GLP1 Winner is that they do the hard work of finding a provider that fits your needs. Instead of spending hours researching pricing, providers, and policies, they streamline the process and connect you with someone that meets your criteria.
I honestly felt hopeless when I realized I could no longer afford my medication. Finding GLP1 Winner through Instagram completely changed that. The pricing has been much more manageable, the process was fast, and the service has been exactly what I was hoping for. If you’ve been searching for a more affordable way to continue your GLP-1 treatment, my experience has been extremely positive, and I’m very thankful I found them.

Walmart is the best pharmacy and I have tried CVS, Walgreens and I used to have Rite-aid back in the day, I have never felt more cared for and my needs more important than how Walmart makes me feel. Ive been with them for years but they are not my provider. And this is a little "Neighborhood Walmart". Not the big supermarket. They only have a few in California. Walgreens were so uncaring and rude and treat you like crap to be honest, Cvs is a little better not as rude but don't go out of their way for you. Riteaid, well don't get me started.

Was able to discuss a treatment plan with them that included titrating up when purchasing a 3 month supply. I like that they dint ship Friday, Saturday or Sunday so youre meds are sitting in the heat somewhere. They shipped mine on Monday, I received Wednesday and and ice packs still frozen. Good instructions on how many units to inject. Also great website and responsive to emails unlike another company I used. Highly recommend.

I went to my endocrinologist so I could start the glp1 bridge. I know I am eligible and if they had done everything the way they were supposed to I would have been approved already. I am still waiting to be approved so I know mistakes were made and I tried to tell them at the endocrinologist office what the protocol was because there are a few hoops the provider has to jump. Im not mad, just annoyed because I could have guided them if they had let me but they think how could I know more then them plus time is wasting and I'm not getting any younger. So, still I wait.

My provider orders my compound for me and SBH fills it and sends it to my door... always on ice packs and cold when it arrives! I get a text to let me know when they are working on filling my medicine. I get another message when it is shipped with a tracking number so I can track when it will be delivered to make sure someone will be there or not far behind it to put it in the fridge! Excellent service! No complaints!
