I filled out the intake form for Trava on Monday, which was very simple and straightforward. It did not ask for a ton of medical history. It did have me upload a full body picture and enter the last 4 of my social. I was approved for the medication on Tuesday, and the meds arrived Wednesday. Two days start to finish, no phone or chat with a provider outside of the initial intake form. I have not yet taken the meds so cannot report on the medication themselves. I did a 3 month supply of compounded Tirzepatide 7.5 mg, which came out to $497.98. No other subscription prices or hidden fees. I am switching from Ro, which has a $145/month fee just for the subscription (no meds) so this ends up being cheaper including the cost of the meds. Assuming no issues with the medication, this provider wins for price, speed, and ease of use.

I found this provider online through an ad on Facebook. I signed up and that process was fairly simple. From that point they only contacted me via email through their portal. The first thing that did not go well was they prescribed me a compounded Trizepatide without looking to see I was already at 5mg and prescribed 2.5mg. They told me I could not change it as it was already sent to the pharmacy. So I kept that dose figuring we could change at the one month mark. They sent me a fillable form three weeks in and based on those responses filled a new prescription and charged me without letting me know anything first. The first month was $199 which is why I went to this group. The second month increased to $399. I had no idea it was an introductory offer until I called when I saw the charge for $339 on my credit card. So I called and that is when they told me it was an introductory amount of $199. So I canceled my account with them at that time as I was getting Zepbound from Lilly Direct for the same cost. So I did not want a compounded version if I can get the name brand for the same price. Overall a bad experience as there was no human contact other than when I called them directly.

I was using Amble for a year and a half now. I loved it in the beginning I lost 30 pounds. Customer service was great but I noticed recently they changed the prescription and it’s coming from a different pharmacy. I feel like it’s diluted and I am not losing weight and I have a lot of food noise. Although I take my shot every week, I am not feeling much of the side effects.

Interacting with the medical staff at GoodRx was easy and timely. The initial dose of 1.5 mg didn’t have much affect. I experienced no side effects and no real loss of appetite. I am moving to the 4 mg tablet next.

Been with this company 9 months. Both my daughter and myself had positive experiences for 3 months before things took a turn. On 2 occasions my daughter’s meds never arrived. They put her delivery on hold until they did a telehealth follow up with no explanations as to why. My medication never arrived one month because the pharmacy denied it. They never contact you if they have issues but once you realize you haven’t received your medication and you log into your portal, that is when you see there was an issue. I have recently developed injection site reactions and when I asked if they can compound with glycine (as they used that when I first signed up and as well as this past August) they have told me twice they no longer offer glycine only B6 and L-carnitine. They previously removed L-carnitine from my meds as their nurse said she was confident that’s what was causing my injection site reactions. Imagine my surprise when I got my last months medication refill and they added L carnitine back into the compounding. When I called Fridays to discuss it, she said it was in my chart not to be added, but someone went ahead and did it anyways. Speaking of medication, both my daughter and I ordered our refills last Monday. My daughters came on Friday. Mine did not, and when I called to chat with them, I could only do a live chat through messenger as they were not answering their phones. The live chat told me they could not check on my order, but to be patient it would be delivered. Only Sunday I logged into my portal to check the status of my account because I had not gotten any email updates and it says that they haven’t seen any activity with my prescription and they want to know if I have received my medicine. The only option they give me is to click yes that I have received it. I will not click yes because obviously I haven’t, but I can’t get off that screen unless I click, yes. I’ve tried calling them twice, and they will not answer their phones as they say they are experiencing large volumes of phone calls and that I have to go back to the live chat. Only the live chat isn’t live it’s an automated system and it said I can expect an email within 24 hours. Very frustrated as I won’t have my medicine now by my next injection day which is the 3rd time this has happened! I need to find a new provider.

I filled out the intake information on Thursday afternoon. The dr I had been assigned reviewed and sent a script to pharmacy to be filled Friday around noon. My card was charged as soon as the pharmacy received the order. By 7pm Friday night I was informed by the pharmacy it had been shipped ( I didn’t know the name of the pharmacy until then). Unfortunately it is coming from Florida and I live in California. UPS says the shipment should arrive by Tuesday. Hopefully the prescription will be cold when it arrives.

This company is a joke. We have cancelled our subscription MULTIPLE times yet after saying it's cancelled they open it back up their self and charge us. And then refuse to refund the payment. They bill you, and then it takes 3 weeks to get your med. Which causes gaps in treatment every month. You can only communicate over text, or email. And they are so not helpful. I had to finally cancel my card and dispute with my cc company. Their is similar reviews on reddit and the BBB. Proceed with caution!

Belle is the most affordable option I have found for 15mg Tirzepatide and was able to get a 6 mos supply. The process was fast and easy. The TZ has been just as effective as my previous provider.
