I have had four shipments since beginning my treatments. There were five orders. One of them never made it out of the pharmacy, but as soon as the partner company addressed it, the next shipment was expedient. All shipments that were successfully "filled" came within 48 hours, cold, packaged, professional. I've been very happy with the pharmacy service.

My husband and I both ordered tirzepatide, but the company failed to deliver our orders. We contacted them to cancel and requested refunds since we never received the medication, but they refused to issue refunds. We have since disputed the charges with our credit card companies.
The entire experience has felt extremely shady. After my call, I tried to leave a review through their automated system, but the representative put me on hold until the review system timed out, so I never got the opportunity to leave feedback.
To make matters worse, when my husband originally signed up, they changed his prescription to a lower dose.
Between the delivery issues, refusal to refund us for medication we didn't receive, the problems leaving feedback, and the prescription change, we have completely lost confidence in this company. I would not recommend them based on our experience.

Embody does not ship in 2-3 days as advertised. If you order from them you need to order multiple months at once because you will be out of your GLP-1 before they get the next shipment out😡😡😡😡

First month was great. First refill was awful. Did not review my refill form. I had to call to get it processed and was still delayed. I had referred someone based of of my first month experience. She was approved quickly but medication was delayed as well. I canceled my subscription. They are priced the best that I've found though if you can get it filled.

Very disappointing customer service and no answer about medication safety
I received my compounded GIP medication from Embody after it had been in transit for approximately five days, and when it arrived, the package and medication were noticeably warm. Because temperature can be important for the stability and safety of injectable medications, I contacted Embody immediately to ask whether the medication was still safe to use.
I have now sent two emails and made three phone calls trying to get an answer. During one phone call, I was placed on hold for more than an hour while the representative supposedly contacted a clinical supervisor for guidance. I was ultimately disconnected without receiving an answer.
At this point, I still do not know whether the medication I received is safe to inject. That is extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with a medication that requires appropriate storage conditions.
I understand that shipping temperatures can sometimes be outside a company's control. What concerns me most is the lack of timely clinical guidance and follow-up after I reported the problem. Customers should not have to repeatedly call and email—or wait on hold for over an hour—just to find out whether a medication they received under questionable temperature conditions should be used.
I hope Embody improves its customer service and establishes a clear, timely process for handling temperature-related medication concerns. Until I receive a definitive answer from an appropriate clinical professional, I am understandably uncomfortable using the medication.

“Extremely Poor Communication and Unresolved Medication Order”
Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered my medication over a week ago and still have not received it, any tracking information, or a meaningful update.
I sent multiple messages through the patient portal regarding my dosage, dosing recommendations, and other concerns, but received no response. I also called several times and was repeatedly directed to answering machines rather than a live representative. When I finally reached someone, the customer service was rude and dismissive.
Because of the continued delays and lack of communication, I requested that my order be canceled, my membership be canceled, and my payment refunded. I have still received no confirmation or resolution regarding any of these requests.
From the initial order through the current status, there has been virtually no communication or accountability. I will not be ordering from this company again. Awful customer service and a very frustrating experience.

I have ordered from Framework twice. The communication between them and me has been extraordinary--even getting messages on weekends. Their response is always very quick, much faster than I would have expected. They have addressed any questions and concerns immediately and I've been very pleased overall with their company. Their formula has worked well, and I am satisfied with the product.
The pharmacy used was the same both times--VialsRX in TX (I am in OH). The first delivery was in extreme heat, and the product arrived warm with a very HOT cold pack. I was assured the medication was potent and that I should refrigerate it and use it without hesitation, which I did. No problems. The second time, also from Vials RX, the package arrived in a shorter time, the cold pack was still partially frozen, and the vial of med was still chilled. Again, no problems with the product.
I would not hesitate to use Framework in the future.

I received two vials from Greenwich Rx that were supposed to be Qty: 6 each of tirzepatide. Each dose was 50 units. I only got 4 doses out of each vial with about 45 units overage left. I've been fighting with Gimme, the provider, over this and they are insisting that Greenwich sent enough. I've been using compound medication since mid-2024 and this has never happened. I used tick marks to track quantity and ensured I only drew 50 units each time. I believe I was shorted of 4 doses.

Started with 6 month plan and all went well , very pleased with all aspects; paid $154/mo. Upon completing the 6 month course, I renewed and opted for the annual plan, which reduced my monthly cost to $149. Communication within the portal is great (it may take a day or two for a response) regarding payment options, pharmacy choice, etc. Will continue to use this Refills as the service, product ,and pricing are all A+++!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid for my medication weeks ago and still have not received it. I’ve called approximately 30 times and was hung up on, left on hold for 50 minutes, requested supervisors repeatedly, and still have no resolution. I’ve received conflicting information, experienced disconnected calls, and felt completely ignored and dismissed. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable. I would never use this company again. Beware
