Randi was wonderful help. She was patient kind, and very helpful. She was able to get my medication ordered for me even though I was struggling with Belle's new platform.
I've been with Belle since August. I've lost 44 lbs, and minimal side effects, and have always had excellent customer service and support from the doctors, nurses and other support staff. They are fast, efficient, and always ready to answer questions. Their price might be slightly higher than others, but they make up for it in bounds with their service and support. I highly recommend giving Belle a try!

Everything from first contact to messaging with the doctor was seem less and efficient. I started care Superbowl Sunday and was shocked the doc messaged a couple of times during the game. My order was put in and was shipped out. The meds arrived quickly, safely and are effective. Questions were answered very quickly and I like their web page for tracking shots, communication and overall care.

Everything about the Tirzepatide that comes from them sucks. Does not control your appetite at all. The worst thing besides that is it makes me more nauseous than any other Tirzepatide that I've taken and I've tried alot. If you find a provider or telehealth company using Optimal Balance stay clear of them. What a big waste of money.

I have been on a glp 1 since Feb 2025 I started out with Goby Meds because of great reviews and the 503B pharmacy they used.
I wanted a simple process from filling out info to communicating online. Goby performed all with excellent customer service. I have had success until I reached a plateau. I like that my glp 1 started out additive free. But in Dec 2025 my order had B12 included and did nothing for me except cause my face to breakout. I reached out to customer service and they offered me a weak discount to switch to Tirzepatide. I went ahead and ordered the tirzepatide and have not started it. The tirzepatide has B6 as an additive. Not happy about the additives and this may be the last time I use Goby meds if no success. The price is fair compared to other telehealth co. but not fair if it doesn't work. Deliveries have never been a problem except for once in the summer my order was warm and cold packs were thawed out and warm as well. I was told medication would be fine to refrigerate immediately. Communicating is simple and generally they respond same day unless on a weekend. Overall I would give Goby 7 out of 10

The doctor was professional, asked appropriate questions. The delivery took an extra couple of days due to weather conditions, but I was very impressed the medicine came in aluminum cooler. My first dose from Trava is this week.

I ordered on 3/3 and received it 3/6, but the medicine send to me is the wrong dosage that was originally prescribed to me and strange doses that aren’t even on their website (ex: prescribed 0.25mg semaglutide, but received 0.6mg). I tried messaging and calling, with no response.

Originally everything was good. Questionnaire went smoothly, doctor approved was fast, pharmacy had meds ready and packaged, shipped and delivered in a very reasonable time frame.
Recently the company has undergone a move or the pharmacy has, and the customer service has gone from being very good and helpful to almost nonexistent. This is a big disappointment because they were really helpful when I first became a customer. I’m in Missouri and I guess the state was one of the first to get relicensed by the pharmacy because my renewal and shipment was never delayed. Not so for many of the customers. I hope Brello works on getting back to the way they were and put customers first.
On a good note I’ve had good luck with the pharmacy they use, Southend Pharmacy.

I used Belle as my first telehealth provider after doing research here. My previous experience w compounded Tirz was with a local med spa who was overcharging me and I had concerns about their ethics. My first order with Belle went really well and the text consultation required with their medical provider went smoothly ... they honored that I wanted a customized dose. The second time I ordered with them didn't go as well because I switched my mailing address and wasn't informed that they don't deliver to PO Boxes. I was about to run out of the medicine before I realized they had never sent it. Once I got through to customer service gave them a street address they immediately corrected the error and sent it next day without extra shipping costs. Some times it's not about how perfectly it all goes but how a company responds once there's a mistake which then creates trust for me as a customer. I'll be using them from now on.

Signing up was really quick, with same day appts available for the second part of the process. Nurse Practitioner happened to know this area of NM, as he had done clinical out this way. On time for appt. Explained microdosing is "Off label " use for longevity and vitality to support maintenance.
Had to seek yet another provider as Southend Pharmacy still not licensed in NM, after recent operations moved from Texas to Washington state.
