[SABINA] The angriest reviews are from people who think they were sold water.
Rank these categories by volume and no response to the medication leads. Rank them by star rating and the order changes completely. People who simply did not respond to the medication write disappointed reviews, averaging 1.99 stars.
People who believe they were sold a weak product write furious ones, averaging 1.29 stars, the lowest of any category. It is a useful signal for anyone running a support queue: a suspicion about the product itself costs far more reputationally than a drug that simply did not work.
A suspicion written in a review is not a potency test. Nobody in this dataset has assayed their vial, and we make no claim about the purity or strength of any product.
