This article is part of the GLP Winner provider review series. At the time of writing, the provider reviewed here, Framework, is a GLP Winner partner, which means we have a commercial relationship with them. The review itself was written by a real patient who went through Frameworks's full process, from intake through prescription, and who received their GLP-1 medication under a clinician's care.
Some details about the reviewer are not shared to protect their privacy. GLP Winner pays the reviewer for their time. Framework did not pay for this review, did not see it before publication, and did not direct the reviewer's conclusions. We also review non-partner providers, including direct competitors of our partners, because the point of the series is to help you make a better decision for your own situation, not to push you toward any one company.

Who is reviewing
I am a woman in my 30s from Michigan, who has been on compounded tirzepatide for two years and is settled at a 5 mg/week maintenance dose. I track my health on tools that already work for me like my Apple Watch and Oura ring. I value transparency about pricing, pharmacy sourcing, and what is actually in the vial I am using.

Framework compounded tirzepatide package and contents on delivery
TL;DR:
Short answer: Framework is a legitimate compounded tirzepatide telehealth provider that delivered fast (under three business days) with flat, predictable pricing, but its messaging-only care and layered pharmacy sourcing make it a better fit for experienced GLP-1 patients than beginners. Pricing was flat across every dose and billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, six-month, or yearly billing), and the number I saw at signup matched the number that was charged. For reference, Framework charged $299/month at my maintenance dose, which sits in the typical compounded tirzepatide range of roughly $99–$399+/month found on GLP Winner.
Intake is through messaging only, and clinical contact never went past a templated welcome message in the portal. The pharmacy sourcing is legitimate but layered. Vials dispenses, BelieveRX compounds, Framework's site routes through a Pharmacy Hub network and piecing the full chain together took more work on my end than I would have expected. This worked for me being a 2 years into my GLP-1 journey, but it may not work for you if you are just starting or early in your own GLP-1 journey and need more interactive support.
Intake, timeline, and early impressions
I signed up Monday at noon. The online questionnaire took me 10 to 15 minutes on my phone, longer than the three minutes Framework's marketing implies, still fast compared to a clinic visit. The form ran roughly 20 to 30 questions on medical history, contraindications, and allergies, with a lighter pass on lifestyle and eating. Mental health was touched, not pursued. No labs requested or required. The portal does have a place to log labs once you're a patient, but labs are not part of the prescription process. They offered monthly, quarterly, six-month, and yearly billing options.
My prescriber is licensed in Michigan. I was approved within an hour of hitting submit. The first message from my clinician was a templated welcome in the portal.
The intake took me roughly an hour from filling out a form to being approved and a prescription sent to a pharmacy.
Shipping, packaging, and temperature control
How fast is Framework shipping? My order arrived in under three business days, placed Monday at noon and on my counter by Wednesday at 2 PM.
The outer package was a plain silver padded foil envelope with no external branding and discreet. Inside the bubble insulation was the medication pack and two Nordic Ice gel packs. The gel packs were slushy on arrival, not solid, and read 45°F at the surface. The safe transport temperature range for unopened GLP-1 medication is between 36°F and 46°F, so it was at a safe temperature.
The vial itself was compounded Tirzepatide + B12 Injection, 10 mg / 0.5 mg per mL, 2 mL multi-dose. BUD 8/5/2026 (about three months out from delivery) with the standard 28-day discard window from first puncture. The name and prescriber matched my intake. The dispensing label on the bottle named Vials Pharmacy in Tomball, Texas. The small print on the side of the vial itself named BelieveRX as the compounding pharmacy.

What came in the box:
- 1 multi-dose vial (2 mL)
- 10 Easy Touch insulin syringes (1 mL, 31 gauge, 5/16" / 8 mm)
- 10 Easy Touch gamma-sterilized alcohol prep pads
- 1 generic compounded-tirzepatide patient information leaflet (revised Feb. 2026)
A note on labeling: the dispensing bottle reads "Qty: 2" with a single vial inside. My first thought was that I had been short-shipped. I messaged Framework support and they responded in about 4 hours and they explained that "Qty: 2" refers to the 2 mL volume of medication in the vial, not the number of vials. The script was filled correctly.

What the first dose felt like
This is a maintenance dose for me, and the first injection from Framework's vial felt consistent with shipments I have had from other compounded tirzepatide providers. Nothing unusual in the first week.
The B12 in this vial is cyanocobalamin and a red colored liquid. I did not see additive options during intake and did not choose cyanocobalamin specifically, it was what arrived. When I asked Framework support about other additives, they confirmed glycine is among the options the pharmacy offers. If you have a preference about your B12 form, or want a specific additive on your vial, ask before the prescription gets written, not after.
Interactions with the company
I contacted Framework support twice during the review window. Once to clarify the "Qty: 2" labeling. Once about additive options. Replies came back inside the 2-to-8 hour band, which is normal for this category. The portal is the main support channel. There is no live phone line for routine questions.
The portal also has a tracker for tracking your injections and side effects and progress, but it seems very minimal and not unique enough for me to want to switch from my already very easy to use and integrated tracking that I use on my health app.

Outside of direct support, Framework does not foster much of a community. There is no forum, no group chat, no live calls, no peer-to-peer space inside the portal. At the time of this review, Framework also has no public social footprint that was easily found. For a one-year-old telehealth brand, that absence is notable. It means there is no organic patient-to-patient conversation to find when you are doing your own research, and no place to ask other Framework patients about their experience before you order outside the GLP Winner platform (4.8 stars from 52 reviews) or other review platforms.
What prospective patients should pay attention to when evaluating
These are the questions worth asking of any compounded GLP-1 provider, not just Framework. Notes after each prompt are my findings for Framework specifically.
Clinical oversight. Did the provider ask real questions about your medication history, dosing, side effects, weight trajectory, or prior prescriptions?
Framework's questionnaire covered history and contraindications and asked about prior GLP-1 use, even asking for a picture of my previous prescription. It did not request labs, and there was no back-and-forth before the prescription went out. Messaging-only and intentionally lean.
Transparency around pharmacies. Do you know which pharmacy is dispensing your medication, and which pharmacy is compounding it? Are both licensed in your state?
Framework's site names a "Pharmacy Hub" network and lists Vials inside it. The dispensing label names Vials Pharmacy in Texas. The small print on the vial itself names BelieveRX as the compounder with Vials.

BUD (Beyond-Use Date) & pharmacy compliance. Does the printed BUD give you enough runway?
Mine was 8/5/2026, about three months out, with the standard 28-day discard from first puncture. Plenty of room for the dosing schedule I was on.
Communication. Are clinicians reachable and responsive?
Support lives in the portal and I received replies inside a typical workday. If you would like a clinician, you can message during titration or a tough side-effect week, you can absolutely get support although it seems like that support is not as detail and depth oriented as I experienced either very short responses or very long seemingly copy and pasted responses.
Managing Orders/Cancelling. Was it easy to cancel or change your order when needed? Was the process to cancel clear without having to reach out to support?
I really appreciated how you could easily delay orders if you needed to for any reason. However, cancelling completely required me to contact customer support via chat.

Who Framework would be good for
Framework worked for me. Fast shipping, predictable pricing, a message-based flow that didn't waste my time. If you're a returning GLP-1 patient who's settled on a dose, who already knows what to look for on a dispensing label, and who wants a refill pipeline rather than more interactive care, you'll probably feel similarly about it.
If you're a GLP-1 newbie, Framework may not be the best provider. Also, if you are looking for a community with other GLP-1 folks, Framework doesn’t really have that and isn’t very active on socials. If you want a specific B12 isomer or additive on your compounded vial, raise it with Framework support before the prescription is written, not after.

FAQ
- Is Framework legit? Based on my order, yes. The prescriber was licensed in my state, the medication arrived within a safe temperature range, and the dispensing pharmacy (Vials) and compounder (BelieveRX) are both named on the label. The sourcing is layered but verifiable.
- How much does Framework cost? Pricing was flat across every dose and every billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, six-month, yearly), and the signup price matched what I was charged.
- How fast is Framework shipping? My order arrived in under three business days, in discreet packaging with two gel packs that kept the vial in the safe 36–46°F range.
- What pharmacy does Framework use? My vial was dispensed by Vials Pharmacy in Tomball, Texas, and compounded by BelieveRX, routed through Framework's "Pharmacy Hub" network.
- Is Framework good for GLP-1 beginners? Probably not. The care is messaging-only with no live clinician calls and no community, which suited me as a 2-year patient on a maintenance dose but would likely leave someone early in their GLP-1 journey feeling unsure. It can still work for you if you're well-researched and have a good support system as a new patient.
- Can you cancel Framework? You can delay orders easily inside the portal, but fully cancelling required messaging customer support via chat.
