This article is part of the GLP Winner provider review series. At the time of writing, the provider reviewed here, Gimme Care, is a GLP Winner partner, which means we have a commercial relationship with them. The review itself was written by a real patient who went through Gimme Care's full process, from intake through prescription, and who received their GLP-1 medication under a clinician's care.
Some details about the reviewer are not shared to protect their privacy. GLP Winner pays the reviewer for their time. Gimme Care did not pay for this review, did not see it before publication, and did not direct the reviewer's conclusions. We also review non-partner providers, including direct competitors of our partners, because the point of the series is to help you make a better decision for your own situation, not to push you toward any one company.

Who is reviewing?
I am a man in my 30s who has been on compounded tirzepatide for 2 months and is at a 5 mg/week dose, titrating upwards. I found Gimme Care while I was comparing providers on GLPWinner.com. This is a review of my experience with Gimme Care in my own words.
TL;DR
Gimme Care is a telehealth provider with a very fast intake; it took me about three minutes to complete the questions. I appreciated the flat pricing ($199/month for compounded tirzepatide, $160/month for semaglutide), a 4-month money-back guarantee, and a cold-chain temperature sensor in the box. At the end of the intake it said to expect a prescription in 5 to 7 business days, but mine came in 3 days.
The intake is asynchronous messaging only and there are no labs required. Gimme Care lists its pharmacy network up front (Greenwich Rx, BPI Labs, Hallandale, and Experience Care Specialty Pharmacy); mine was Greenwich Rx in Tomball, TX.
A few things set Gimme Care apart: a 4-month money-back guarantee if you follow the plan and don't see results, a WarmMark temperature sensor on the cooler so you can confirm the cold chain held, and support that asks up front whether you want an AI assistant or a human.

The screen at the end of my intake: 5 to 7 business days if approved. Mine came in 3.
What is the Gimme Care Intake and Timeline like?
I started the intake at 2:29 PM on my phone. The Gimme Care form calculated my BMI first, then ran through medical history, prior GLP-1 use and dose, current meds, and allergies, with a scroll-through contraindication acknowledgment at the end. No labs were requested or required. ID verification asked for the last four of my Social Security number or a photo of my driver's license. I sent the license.
My prescriber was named on the prescription, but I could not pick or change my prescriber. Once approved, they sent a long message about side effects, how to use my meds, and lots of information including a video of my prescriber explaining everything. I finished the intake at 2:36 PM, so the whole thing ran about seven minutes, including ID and payment. The screen told me to expect my prescription within 5 to 7 business days if approved, but mine arrived in 3 days.
Here are the parts that stood out to me compared with other telehealths:
- A 4-month money-back guarantee. If you follow your plan for four months and don't see progress, Gimme Care says you get a full refund (eligibility terms apply). I haven't tested the refund, but it's a stronger commitment than most async providers make.
- A support choice up front. When you reach out, Gimme Care asks whether you want the AI assistant or to go straight to a human.
- Temperature sensor in packaging. Inside the shipping container is a temperature sensor that alerts if the temperature rises above the safe range for compounded tirzepatide.

The price I saw at signup matched checkout: $199 total, no added fees.
How fast does Gimme Care ship?
Was Gimme Care shipping fast? The medication is sent 2nd-day UPS air, and the prescription itself can take about 5 to 7 business days to be reviewed and sent first, so plan your refills with some runway. My prescription was approved in 1 day and I received my medication in 3 days. Tracking was available in the portal under “Track order” and was also sent to my email.
The outer packaging was discreet, with a styrofoam cooler inside. One thing I really appreciated: there was a WarmMark temperature indicator stuck to the cooler that turns red if the medication was exposed to anything above 30°C / 86°F for 48 hours or more. Mine had not been triggered, so I could confirm the cold chain held.

Scanning the WarmMark confirmed it: no temperature excursion during shipping.

The WarmMark strip on the cooler, untriggered, so the cold chain held.
The Gimme Care vial was labeled compounded tirzepatide + cyanocobalamin (B12), a reddish liquid, marked refrigerate and RX ONLY. The beyond-use date (BUD) was 09/07/2026, with the standard 28-day discard window from first puncture. The pharmacy label directed me to inject 0.4 mL (40 units) subcutaneously for my 6 mg weekly dose, with a quantity of 2 mL, and the prescriber and patient name matched my intake. The dispensing and compounding pharmacy named on the paperwork was Greenwich Rx II in Tomball, TX.

The paperwork in the box: the Greenwich Rx card, the tirzepatide leaflet, and the READ FIRST insert.

The vial straight out of the cooler: compounded tirzepatide + B12.
What came in the box:
- 2 multi-dose vials (compounded tirzepatide + B12)
- Insulin syringes
- Alcohol prep pads
- A “READ FIRST” insert telling me to check the portal for my personalized dosing protocol before using
- A tirzepatide patient information leaflet
- A WarmMark cold-chain temperature indicator on the cooler

Everything that came in the box, laid out.
Gimme Care's shop also sells separate add-ons that aren't compounded into the GLP-1, including MIC+B12, NAD+, glutathione, sermorelin (injection and oral tablet), and ondansetron for nausea, plus a GLP-1 + NAD+ bundle.

Was Gimme Care support responsive?
Gimme Care support has a nice touch and disclosure: it asks up front whether you want the AI assistant or a human. The AI support responds instantly and the human support takes roughly 15 minutes. The main support channel is the portal.
The portal itself has a real dashboard for order tracking, a dose log, and health records for weight, calories, and exercise, with tabs for Home, Chat, Treatments, Shots, Shop, and Labs.
I could cancel via the portal or by contacting support. I could also delay a shipment by one or three months on my own. Gimme Care sits at about 4.2 stars across roughly 1,048 reviews on independent review platforms, but there isn't much of an organic patient-to-patient community to dig through when you're doing your own research.

What is the Gimme Progress Promise (the 4-month money-back guarantee)?
The money-back guarantee I keep mentioning has an official name, the Gimme Progress Promise, and if you want to take advantage of this protection be sure to complete a few steps first.
What it is: This is a money-back guarantee when you participate as a first-time member with Gimme Care for four months in a row. If you follow all clinician recommendations, keep your account in good standing, and don't see measurable progress on the scale, then you can ask for a full refund for the last four months. Unfortunately, you have to do actual work to keep this as an option long before you know whether or not you need a refund, so be sure to follow these steps as soon as you sign up with Gimme Care if you want to use their money-back guarantee.
Within 14 days of your first prescription you have to submit a baseline video, not a photo, to lock in your starting weight. The video has to show 3 things:
- You standing on a scale placed on a hard surface
- A clearly visible scale reading
- Appropriate clothing
- One continuous, unedited take with you saying your name and the date the video is taken out loud
You upload it through a secure form. Then, around the four-month mark, you record a second scale video the same way. If you want to file a claim, you email with the subject line “Gimme Progress Promise Claim” within 14 days of your four-month mark, and include your account email plus that four-month weight verification.
Gimme Care then reviews your patient history and account details and will judge if you're eligible for the refund from there. Read all the fine print on this here. I did not try to use this policy, but it's interesting it's out there if you need the option (and remember to take the needed video in the first 2 weeks).
My take
Who is Gimme Care good for?
Gimme Care worked for me as a man in my 30s managing my own care and not new to GLP-1s. Fast intake, flat pricing, a money-back guarantee, a temperature sensor I could verify, and a solid portal. If you're a returning GLP-1 patient who's settled on a dose, who already knows what to look for on a dispensing label, and who wants a reliable refill pipeline at a flat price, you'll probably feel similarly about it.
Who is Gimme Care a bad fit for?
Gimme Care isn't a terrible fit for anyone and you should be open to trying them at any stage in your journey; the 4-month money-back guarantee also makes it a lower-risk way to try a provider if you're worried about committing or whether or not it will work for you.

Frequently asked questions
Is Gimme Care legit?
Gimme Care is a legitimate telehealth provider offering compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide. It requires a real intake, a prescription is written by an MD, and the medication is compounded and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy (Greenwich Rx II, in my case).
How much does Gimme Care cost?
Gimme Care was $199/month for compounded tirzepatide and $160/month for compounded semaglutide, with a discount on the 3-month plan (save $108 on tirzepatide, $90 on semaglutide). The price I saw at signup matched checkout: $199 total for the one-month tirzepatide plan, with no shipping fee, no physician-visit fee, and no surprise upsells.
Was Gimme Care signup fast?
Very. I started the Gimme Care questionnaire at 2:29 PM and had finished the medical questions and entered payment by about 2:36. It was roughly seven minutes of actual questions, in one sitting on my phone.
How fast does Gimme Care ship?
Very fast. After approval, medication ships 2nd-day UPS air. At the end of the intake it said to expect a prescription in 5 to 7 business days, but mine came in 3 days.
Did the provider ask real questions about your medical history, contraindications, and prior prescriptions?
Gimme Care did, through a quick checklist-style questionnaire that took about three minutes. Gimme Care did not request labs, and there was no live video or phone consultation.
Did Gimme Care ship quickly, insulated well, and did it arrive cold?
Mine shipped 2nd-day UPS air in a styrofoam cooler with a WarmMark temperature indicator that hadn't been triggered, so I could confirm it never crossed 86°F in transit.
Do you know which pharmacy is dispensing and compounding your Gimme Care medication, and is it licensed in your state?
Partly. Gimme Care lists its pharmacy network up front, which were Greenwich Rx, BPI Labs, Hallandale, and Experience Care Specialty Pharmacy, but you don't learn which one filled your specific order until the package arrives. Mine was Greenwich Rx in Tomball, TX. You can find this info before shipping if you ask the support team.
Does the Gimme Care printed BUD give you enough runway?
My BUD was 09/07/2026, with the standard 28-day discard from first puncture, which is plenty of room for my dosing schedule. Yours may vary.
Are Gimme Care clinicians reachable and responsive?
Support is reachable with an AI-or-human choice, and the portal and app are the main channels. Human support responded to me in a few hours.
Does Gimme Care require lab work?
No. Gimme Care did not request or require labs. Intake was a checklist-style medical questionnaire, with no labs in the prescription process.
Which pharmacy does Gimme Care use?
Gimme Care works with a network of pharmacies including Greenwich Rx, BPI Labs, Hallandale, and Experience Care Specialty Pharmacy. Mine was compounded and dispensed by Greenwich Rx in Tomball, TX, though yours may vary by location.
Can you cancel Gimme Care easily?
Yes. You can cancel via the portal or by contacting Gimme Care support, and there are also options in the portal to delay a shipment by one or three months. The subscription auto-renews, so cancel before your next cycle if you want to stop.
What's in the Gimme Care vial?
My vial was compounded tirzepatide with B12 (cyanocobalamin), a reddish liquid, dosed at 0.4 mL (40 units) per weekly 6 mg dose. Other medications (MIC+B12, NAD+, glutathione, sermorelin, ondansetron) are available on the website.
Is Gimme Care good for beginners?
Gimme Care can work for you, especially with the 4-month money-back guarantee. There's no live consultation, but the intake is quick and support is reachable through an AI-or-human option.
What is the Gimme Care money-back guarantee?
Gimme Care offers a 4-month money-back guarantee: follow your plan for four months and, if you don't see progress, Gimme Care says you get a full refund (eligibility terms apply). You need to submit a baseline video within 14 days of starting to stay eligible for the guarantee. It needs to show 3 things:
- You standing on a scale
- A clearly visible scale reading
- Wearing appropriate clothing
The video must:
- Be continuous and unedited
- Include a brief verbal confirmation of your name and the date
