Our first-party reviews carry both ends of a shipment: the member’s state and, when the review is about a pharmacy, that pharmacy’s location. A vial filled in your own state draws complaints 9.3% of the time. Past 800 miles it is 28.2%, roughly three times the local rate.

Texas and Florida hold just over half the compounding pharmacies in our directory, so members in hot states live close to their supply: a typical ride of roughly 600 miles, with 39.8% never leaving the state. Members in cool states wait on roughly 1,500 miles. Hot porch, short trip; cool porch, long one.
