Run that series across 2025 and it follows the calendar. Complaints climb from February, crest at 54.3% in April, hold above 42% through August, then collapse to 16.7% by November. That is a 37.6-point swing inside a single year.
This is what patients wrote, not laboratory testing. April is not America’s hottest month, and the curve has a second engine: a fulfillment shock that peaked in spring, before the heat arrived.
