Among the reviews we classified as reporting that a GLP-1 stopped producing results, 413 describe the change arriving with a new compounding pharmacy rather than a new dose or a new drug. The medication is nominally the same. The facility filling it is not.
These are patient reports, not laboratory comparisons, and switching pharmacies is a routine supply decision that providers make for reasons that have nothing to do with quality. But the pattern is consistent enough to be worth a question: has my pharmacy changed since my last refill?
People notice a pharmacy change most when something else has already gone wrong, so this category is likely over-attributed relative to how often switches actually happen.
