[SABINA] April 2025 was the worst month for GLP-1 delivery in four years of data
The monthly series is noisy, but the 2025 plateau is unmistakable, and so is the step down through 2026. February 2025 was an ordinary month. March jumped, and the volume never came back down. April was the worst month in four years.
That window is not arbitrary. State-licensed pharmacies had to stop compounding tirzepatide by February 18, 2025 and semaglutide by April 22, with outsourcing facilities following in March and May. Anyone on a compounded copy had to be moved onto something else, and everyone had to be moved at once.
