A complaint rate only says that something broke. To find out what, we ran keyword rules over the text of all 4,949 negative shipping reviews dated to 2025, tracking three accusations: the pharmacy or fulfillment step, the carrier, and a package that arrived warm.
Blame for the pharmacy peaked first, in the window when the FDA’s compounding grace periods closed and volumes shifted between facilities. Complaints about medication arriving warm peaked last, in August, rising and falling with the heat. The carrier never had a bad month. A spring fulfillment shock and a summer temperature problem, stacked.
Keyword rules undercount paraphrase, the categories overlap, and reviews assign blame rather than establish it. Read the series for shape and timing, not exact levels.
