My experience with Trava has so far been positive. I contacted them around Thanksgiving and their response time was almost immediate. My prescription was filled within a couple days. I did have an issue with a little bit of a wait as a message kept popping up that UPS hadn’t picked up my package. I contacted Trava and their response immediately took care of situation and within a day I had my order. I haven’t administered a shot yet since I still had some left from other provider but will add another review when I do. So far I would recommend Trava.

Initially, I was very happy with Mochi Health. The provider and I had a great call, and I got my medication quickly. The second month I needed to up my dose and when I contacted customer service, they told me it would take up to 10 days to get my prescription.
10 days went by, and I didn't receive my medication. I called them and they told me they were going to look into it. I checked my email, and they put in a new prescription and now my meds are going to take up to an additional 10 days to receive. It's going to be close to 20 days without my medication! I'm not very happy with their customer service.

This was a quick jump I made when Mochi was struggling earlier this year and I have not had a good experience. I finally canceled with only 4/6 deliveries received successfully and will be starting with a new provider.

Initially, I was very happy with Mochi Health. The provider and I had a great call, and I got my medication quickly. The second month I needed to up my dose and when I contacted customer service, they told me it would take up to 10 days to get my prescription.
10 days went by, and I didn't receive my medication. I called them and they told me they were going to look into it. I checked my email, and they put in a new prescription and now my meds are going to take up to an additional 10 days to receive. It's going to be close to 20 days without my medication! I'm not very happy with their customer service.

The website is confusing. Communication is disjointed. My medication went missing twice and it took a card dispute to receive refunds.
